It's not really concerning his death, it's a joke about him being compromised. There's been tons of rumors and allegations about him and young men (he was never married nor had children), which led to the notion that foreign governments had blackmailed him, etc. Personally, I don't think such a thing is necessary, the man was as close to evil as it gets as far as what he believed and what he supported from a foreign policy perspective.

Today I argued with someone on the internet who said that Clinton's "basket of deplorables" speech was a great speech and unduly used to criticise her, as it was actually appreciative about Trump voters and a call for empathy towards them.
