Idk if this is interesting to you but on my YouTube feed I stumbled upon someone called Carl Phillip Trump, who is an actual german relative of the Trump family and a mentally deranged (?) communist and former legal LSD derivate dealer, former because well he apparently at some point took in the money but no longer sent out the drugs and is still continuing with this practice, claiming that the LSD has been robbed from him and he needs to keep the shop going to keep up this business.

He also claims he is watched by German secret service and frequently calls them by phone on his stream and sends out sex toys to lawyers and politicians he is in conflict with, gives weird diet tipps about diets consisting only of Toblerone chocolate bars...
He is intellectual and has an elitarian but weird for germans (Jesuit college) background that also doesn't quite fit either with the communist or LSD dealer image and everything is just weird about that guy.

And the dumbest thing is that being a tall broadfaced blonde he looks much more like an relative of the actual Trump than any of his plastically altered children

Former GOP Majority Leader Eric Cantor got sacked for watering down the STOCK Act back in 2012, which was meant to prevent this type of abuse. And this type of abuse is bipartisan. Former Democrat Robert Lewis (who is now dead) voted against things like the IRS doing people's taxes for free.

You're definitely overthinking it. They're both examples of parents allowing doctors to "mutilate" a child's body for what they think is helpful. He should've said genital mutilation instead of gender-affirming care. It was likely a misspeak.

EDIT: To be clear, you understand he's saying that if Walsh doesn't want parents to use medical doctors to operate on children's genitalia on one scenario, then he shouldn't want them to do it for the other scenario either. Right?

It's not hypocritical to not mention the other. It is hypocritical to think they're different enough to make one morally justifiable while the other is morally reprehensible when both sides are sighting medical beliefs to back up said claims.

One of the issues I have with people like Destiny or Vaush is that they seem too eager to engage with shitbags just for the sake of it to look cool for their audience or create noise around their streams.
