So, after today's leaks, pending Destiny's side of the story, I won't be sharing any of his content anymore. This goes further than him saying edgy shit into him actually being a horrible person.
Being really, really horny isn't an excuse to share sex tapes you've made with someone, with other people, without that person in the vid's consent.
Proud of you, though I thought this was obvious when he was victim blaming
I'm angry at people doing an 180 on Trump just because he unbanned TikTok and got a temporary ceasefire for Palestinians. He's still a piece of shit no matter what he does
Just in case there's anyone out there praising Trump for things improving in Gaza. Which there are. Both Conservatives AND Leftists.
This is an executive order that Trump revoked on DAY ONE. And this was in effect since February of last year. It didn't even last for a whole year thanks to Trump, and Biden making this executive order didn't stop people from calling him Genocide Joe.

I think there's enough people who can navigate the nuance here and see that a ceasefire deal happened because of Trump while acknowledging that this only happened because Netanyahu wanted it to happen and Biden's approach to this situation was incredibly toothless, executive order or not. Also there's bombings going on in the West Bank right now and there's been violence going on there regularly before this EO was revoked.
Conservatives will absolutely lie and pretend that this is a political win, most Leftists are only going to care that the bombing stopped (for now).
It's frustrating because as bad as Biden was, he still did some things to protect the citizens. And I hate that some people I usually agree with are still dismissing or downplaying the damage that Trump Admin did to families and will do to families, especially of undocumented immigrants.
Was hoping against hope that maybe Trump actually got a ceasefire going and was lying about wanting Gaza destroyed to the ground

I mean I didn't expect anything to really change for any length of time. This seems to be par for the course, looking at the ebbing and flowing of the Israel/Palestine conflict. Like a fire that dies down only for a gust of win to blow it back into a frenzy once Israel sees an opportunity for another push, or Hamas rebuilds its ranks and opt to fight back.
But the idea that Trump gets praised for his lack of real change and Biden gets shit on for his lack of real change is enfuriating. You can say there's nuance there, but that never comes into consideration when we're talking intent.

Who is praising Trump though besides MAGA and/or far-right antisemites that co-opted the liberation movement in the first place? I see people shitting on Biden and will continue to do so but the people who are good-faith actors when it comes to talking about this topic know what Trump is.
If Gazans want to praise Trump for not having to wake up to sound of bombs dropping for the first time in 15 months then idk what I would say to that. I'm not sure where intent comes into the conversation. Obviously, it probably won't mean much for them long-term but then that's nothing new, is it?
Yeah, Sanity Check: how do you feel about Trumps executive orders and pardons so far? Is this what you wanted?
I'm not asking so I can attack you for it. You already know my feelings on Trump supporters. I'm just curious if this is what you wanted, or if it's a pleasant surprise, or if you think he's going too far.

Leftist anti-semites and protest voters/voters that abstained in protest. Not all of them, sure, but it's out there.

Intent was the entirety of the Leftist attacks against moderates. "If you vote Kamala you're pro-genocide. I could never vote Genocide Joe." Intent came into the conversation the second Leftists decided to judge the morals of Dems who chose to vote for Biden and then later Kamala despite their coercive actions. Dems didn't vote for Kamala because they intend on continuing a genocide. They voted for Kamala to protect the interests of American people and potentially lead to better lives for Gazans once we gained power.
At least these people give a reason why they stay home that could potentially be adressed. The rest of America (including moderates, including those swing voters that democrats desperately tried to woo, including women) just stayed home and was not vocal about why.
This election was not lost by leftists (who in their majority did vote Harris, even among leftists the ride-or-die pro gaza crowd is not huge). It was lost because the democrat did not offer anything that even remotely rings true to most Americans.
And Democrats right now are still puzzled why women didnt vote for them even when they were "supposed to" because focus tests told them they would.

Whatever happened to the 2008 Dems? They knew what they had to do to win, and now the 2024 Dems just did the absolute wrong things. I think trying to appeal to moderates and anti-Trump republicans were the top dumbest thing they've ever done

Have to be honest, I haven't seen it really. I've seen people attempt to plug their ears and shout "lalala can't hear you" in response to people saying Trump is awful but he accomplished something that Biden couldn't/wouldn't do. That's an inconvenient truth.
Very few people vote because they want innocent people to be killed. More people would have probably voted Harris if she offered up something other than small business tax credits or "Republicans are fascists but I work well with them". Or you know, any sort of premise that offered the average voter material change of any sort.
And now trump declassified files concerning jfk, mlk and rfk. Tbh I'd be surprise that any further evidence had survived this long to begin with... But if it has then democrats once again are going to look like morons. Imagine living in a world where a conspiracy concerning mlks death is finally fully exposed... By djt. This would only be more perfect if biden wasn't a vegetable and could actually comprehend enough of the situation to feel stupid. On the upside there's more spineless, toothless, and plain boneless democrat politicians to humiliate (is that even an upside?).

I mean, fucking obama could have done this. Imagine how humiliating it'd be for obama to have been a signature away from a win this easy and this big and just... Nothing.

First rule of war: Never pull the trigger first unless you’re absolutely dead sure you’re going to make significant gains or win the whole thing outright.
And all the Palestinians/Hamas got out of this was a fucking prisoner swap. Status Quo indeed.

What do you mean they weren't vocal about why? If I remember correctly, it was you who posted the responses from AOC voters that voted for Trump, or didn't vote at all and they told why. And then oneof us (maybe you, I forget) linked the top 10 most important issues to ALL voters, which would definitely include the 3 groups you've mentioned.
Also, moderates DID vote. They just voted for the other side lol.
And lost leaders in the pursuit of it, which also seems to be par for the course. Not the millionaires outside of Gaza that are the overall leaders, but the ones actually risking their lives.

I mean that to find out who did not vote for Kamala and why, you need studies, at least as far as moderate voters go. The Leftists told dems what they like and do not like. They also did that in both Bernie campaigns and largely backed the moderate candidate after that if they at least gave them some consolation.
Dems knew that, of course, and were fine with losing some pro Gaza voters. But the larger problem is that they even lost a lot of ground with the moderate voter groups that they catered to. Moderate Dems have obviously no idea what the average American would want to vote for, but they often act like they do.
