-Boku no Hero Academia 2nd Season
(This anime is incredible; the music, the action and the UA Sport Festival.Even if I read the manga before, I still get excited when its time to watch the new epsiode every saturday)
-Shingeki No Kyojin Season 2
(Pretty good episode. Ymir destroying the titans and Krista's revelation, amazing)
-Boruto: Naruto Next Generations
(Funny how the whole episode is for a sandwich lmao)

For now, Uchouten Kazoku 2. Episode 03 is the best episode of the season for me so far. Bahamut and BNHA have been excellent this week as well, but UK is on another level.

I am surprised by Re:Creators's popularity TBH, it's good but I don't it that good. I thought Bahamut would do better than that too, the first series was excellent and the sequel is getting better and better. Had it not been a sequel it would have probably ranked higher. There are so many sequels this season and SnK is the most popular one.

I think the main problem is that that sequels of very popular shows tend to be popular too, if it's not completely awful. That's just how it is, the same happened with KonoSuba and Gintama last season. Not saying any of these are not good (or great) but shows like that always have a way easier time to attract many people and old fans, so other good or great stuff has a harder time to shine or to stand out.

Also you should keep in mind that stuff like Hero Academia, not even speaking of Shingeki, are way more popular than Rage of Bahamut or Uchouten Kazoku ever were. You only need to compare the numbers on MAL, for example Uchouten Kazoku S1 has 27k followers, Hero Academia S1 had 229k (Shingeki has 710k...). So yeah, stuff like Uchouten Kazoku has a dedicated but small fanbase, Rage of Bahamut is only slightly above that, it certainly wasn't a hit in the west.

That being said, my first vote will go to Uchouten Kazoku as well. Benten-sama
My second vote will go to Boku no Hero Academia, I'm just having way too much fun with each episode. Third vote I'm not sure about yet, will probably be between the two Shingeki's.

You also only get one chance to make a first impression and because they're sequels they've already lost that chance to some degree.

Speaking strictly from my perspective, I haven't even checked out Rage of the Bahamut or Uchouten Kazoku because the first seasons of both never grabbed me. I didn't finish either. So no matter how good season 2 may be, for some potential viewers like me the die is already cast. When you consider that people like me would have to pretty much watch all of season 1 before we can even start season 2 of either of those... there is just no way that's happening.

I'm so useless this season too, i actually don't watch anything (too busy and honestly not exactly interested in most of the series), I just caught up Boruto, and actually, i'm surprisingly enjoying it , reminds me the Naruto I used to like. I havent watched any other seasonal anime though, so my nomination may definitely be wrong (still have to finish season 1 Snk & Bnh

) Actually i ve couldn't even follow Gintama on weekly basis, last season. I did finish it afterwards, but didn't enjoy it as much as the previous season. Did watch Barakamon recently and actually i loved it more than a great part of last gintama season .

Very funny start with Chtholly only thinking about Willem and getting embarrassed.
What he did though obviously worked, normally she would still be sore form the battle he fixed her good.
Must not be easy for Willem to live like that with such a battered body that was cursed.
Hope that training he gave Chtholly was helpful.
That was a beautiful scene there near the end with Willem & Chtholly together inside the barrier and what he was doing with the sword looks very pretty.
I really hope Chtholly comes back alive.

Not sure whether to laugh or cry at Glenn, he keeps putting his foot in his mouth.
At least Rumia is smart and see's what's happening, Sistine was funny being so clueless.
His students are definitely impressive and doing a great job so far.
I'm a bit worried about those 2 who were staring at Glenn right at the end.

Zero kara Hajimeru Mahou no Sho EP 3

Pretty good episode.
Very good exchange rate the have for those gems or they are just that precious.
Lol Mercenary is always getting embarrassed by Zero's shameless behavior, sex slaves to begin with then the clothes shop.
I love how he just threw her into the changing room.
It was nice of them to free those slaves.
I thought Zero was going to do something evil because of that smile, but it ended up she just wanted to sleep on Mercenary like usual.

Mini C is a lot cause as a human being, she is far too broken to be reasoned with.
Zouroku is one awesome old dude. Sometimes words speak louder than actions.
That was a dramatic entrance, looks like both are about to be rescued.

Tales of Zestria the X 2017 EP 13

Finally, Tales has come back, to the tv screen.
Lots of differences from the video game, the prefer the games story but I still enjoyed watching this.
If there is more to come then I would like to see Berseria turned into an anime, we had some of it already, would like to see more.
That graphics and battle scenes were pretty good throughout the series.
I really liked how Sorey armatized with all 4 seraphs to fight against Heldalf.
Teasing possible relationship at the end between Rose & Alisha was interesting, I think a lot of people will like that.

Granblue Fantasy EP 5

Rackam and Gran both had some good plans there, really helped them in that battle against Tiamat.
I'm a little surprised nothing happened with the little general afterwards, thought he would have been pissed off and start attacking the island himself, and then a battle against him would occur.
I'm a bit worried that this place on the skymap and the secret client are in the same place, sounds like a trap to me.
We also got those 2 from the empire and some mysterious armored woman to also deal with.
Captain Gran has a nice ring to it.
Looking forward to the next episode.

Busou Shoujo Machiavellianism EP 4

I thought he was about to give that bear a German Suplex.
Pretty cool watching him go up against the bear.
I enjoyed this episode and looking forward to the next, should be a good battle, that sword looks very sharp.

Renai Boukun EP 4

Love phone lol, that was funny to watch those compatibility tests.
Things got really wild at the end there, he's is immortal but it still hurts getting stabbed like that.
Wild ferocious love fueled crazy Akane to the rescue next time?

Clockwork Planet EP 4

Damn RyuZU be like don't worry about my life I will save 20 million others instead.
I like the attitude of the older professor, don't worry I'll fix it later.
Thank goodness they managed to save RyuZU and everyone else in the process.
Now they have that government and military mob to deal with plus that other robot at the end there.
She looks like she will be a handful.

Eromanga-sensei EP 4

Another fun and enjoyable episode.
I really liked the last part with the 2 siblings wanting to share that dream and make it happen.
Looking forward to the next episode.

Well, this was a relatively slow week with only about 8 series that could have made this list!

This weeks top 3:
Boku no Hero Academia - Another extremely well done episode.
Rokudenashi Majutsu Koushi to Akashic Records - I'm not really sure what to say here... Entertaining... I'll leave it at that.
Renai Boukun - What?! Did Yuzu suddenly become best girl? Maybe not but the new girl is the worst girl for sure.

Sagrada Reset - was initially interested but the characters have gradually driven me away.

Hinako Note - even cuter girls with strange habits... but once again that was all it had going for it.

Least eventful episode but probably the most impactful.

I was waiting for some funny dialogue to happen the moment mercenary got out of the bath, Zero didn't disappoint.

Both of them with the sex slave stuff again lol.

I wonder if the kissing segment is hinting towards Zero finding love at some point?

Zero is a great teacher of magic, If I lived in that world I would definitely want to study under her, I suck at fishing.

I had a bad feeling that terrible would happen that moment they made it to that town.

I think that man with the black hair in the next episode preview is also in the opening, wait have to wait until next time to see what role he will play and who he is.

Alice to Zouroku EP 5

Snickers! my favorite.

Super anime maid, that was pretty cool to watch. Shizuku kicked ass.

Nice to see those 3 living peacefully as a family.

What happen now though? The organization has been stopped for now but there is still 7 episodes left.

I like the mix of comedy and seriousness in this anime.

That 1st shot of Glenn so was funny, he looked like he was about to die from starvation.

Rumia is such a nice girl bringing him that food.

Always love the interaction between Glenn & Sistine.

Had a feeling something like that would happen between Rumia & the Queen.

Betrayal! Yeah I figured something like that would happen, I'm sure Rumia will play some sort of role next time and make up with her mother.

Riel and Albert are obviously important, see her a bit in the opening movie.

She finally got what she wanted though, bang just like that, attacking Glenn without any hesitation.

That was funny when Selesia got rejected, her reaction was great.

It was only a matter of time before the government would contact them, it's not like you can go around and use magic without anyone noticing.

I'm very impressed by the way that Meteora is able to calmly able to deal with whatever sitaution they are put in.

Looks like we might get to learn more about Gunpuku soon, the girl that killed herself at the start of this show was her creator by the looks of it.

Eromanga-sensei EP 5

Another very good episode.

Sorry Sagiri but he doesn't love you like that, it was funny when she brought out those speakers to yell at him, and then whack him when he asked for lewd pictures of a little sister.

Megumi was the first person I thought of when Sagiri said she wanted to panties of cute girls.

I wonder why they had scenes of some random fat guy running.

Shakugan no Shana, Toradora! and even SAO made an appearance, pretty cool.

SukaSuka EP 4

A lot of people are afraid of Nygglatho lol, really want to know what she did to get the eating everyone reputation.

Interested to learn more about this tuning that Tiat is going through, might learn more about it next episode.

Thank goodness they all returned alive, feared the worst when I heard the mission failed.

That was one hell of a hug he gave her, he got to Chtholly using with Sonic the Hedgehog speed.

Busou Shoujo Machiavellianism EP 5

That's 3 stamps now, and probably another girl added to his never ending harem.

Pretty good effort by everyone.

It was attack of the clones in this episode, 34 girls that looked exactly the same.

That bear had some good moves but was no match in the end.

I wonder how strong the pink haired girl is, they will probably face her soon.

A lot of talk about sex in this episode, RyuZU was giving Marie a very embarrassing time lol.

Kiss incoming... nope rejected by Marie, that was funny watching her slap the hell out of Naoto in order to resuscitate him.
