Honestly I haven't thought much about the process. With the corona issues, some tweaking was inevitable.

I think 3 votes is better. It pains me sometimes when there are too many good episodes but that's the beauty of it.

Hopefully I won't regret posting this.

I'm pretty content. Your the DM for this game so I feel like you should do whatever you want and we'll enjoy it.

That's said I sort of liked having two combined seasons. That was pretty cool. Might be neat to see a whole year like that, honestly. Seeing everything compared against each other. And 3 votes seems right to me. Some weeks that not enough other weeks it's too many. Which ultimately seems just right.

Tagging you guys because you are here most frequently.

This rather unique season of the Anime league is finally heading towards its ending and fall is right around the corner.
So I thought I'll use this time to ask for some feedback.

Do you guys have any comments regarding the process? Something which could be optimized or changed altogether?
And the biggest question I have rn, what do you think about adding a 4th vote?

I don't know about a fourth vote, but I always thought that honorable mentions should at least receive half a point maybe?
After all, there are many series in a single season that deserves recognition and in the past, I saw lots of people leaving behind honorable mentions.
That's just my idea at least.

I don’t really think we need a 4th vote, but sometimes it would be nice to recognize a show that falls through the cracks otherwise. Maybe one week during the season we vote for those shows that deserve a second look.

Say, in week 6, you can use 1, or maybe all 3 votes to recognize those shows you feel need it.
you could even make it not count towards their league totals.

Yea I also don't think a 4th vote is necessary, I mean most of the fun comes form choosing who be in your top three
But yea maybe HM instead could be a good idea, especially for the seasons that have too many good series, it could be good to give them some recognition

If we accept honorable mentions, then I think that it would be cool creating a separate chart for them at the end of the season.
This way, they would be officially recognized.
And with this, I said all that I had to say.

In my relatively shorter time participating, I'm pretty content with the system as is.

Regarding the combined season, I think you made the best out of the situation. But, in general, for the future, I lean toward individual seasons over combined because the competition in each season is different and thus you can't get a direct comparison between anime in different seasons, for example Re:Zero and TOG, and two cour series could have fluctuations either up or down.

Jujutsu Kaisen ep1 was animated amazingly. Looked it up and it turns out MAPPA is the studio. They never cease to amaze me.

Railgun T - This great series was dragged out so much the end card had a 2018 date on it.
Decadence - Just like the rest of the series, it's all about Natsume and Kaburagi... Still miss Pipe.

The revelations, the music, the emotions, everything was captivating this episode.

Not to forget Deca-Dence and Shokugeki no Souma that have also come to an end.

As for your question Sky, I believe, like Jammin and Demon, that 3 votes are fair enough. It might be hard sometimes, like this week where I could have nominated 6 shows, but sometimes 3 votes can be a lot too, so I'll rather keep it as it is right now. With that being said, I like Jammin's idea of making one big table, where we compile the scores week by week until the end of the year. Perhaps, we could make two types of table? The seasonal table and the ''big'' one that will evolve through the year. It sounds like a lot of work though, so that's up to you.
