Ex: a pic of Elvis' Funeral for the song Live Forever or of men jumping in the air for It's raining men.

We had a haiku contest not that long ago, but we can have another one sometime soon

Well I posted an entry anyway, even though I do believe that the Mecha theme would have been more interesting. Magical girls are so common.
As for my choice it's Card Captor Sakura. She has to be my favorite " mahou shoujo". I loved the show as a kid.I think I was a bit obsessed with the show lol, and Sakura's design in particular, her outfits etc.And Clamp's art is top notch too.
It holds a special place in my heart till this day. It reminds me of my early otaku years when I used to watch as a kid anime on TV a lot, with shows like CC sakura, and the Vision of Escaflowne being some of my favorites.
If we went with the mecha theme I was most likely going to use Vision of Escaflowne.

Welp tried to find an image with QB (Kyubey) together with the girls but unfortunately, I couldn't find one atm. I mean, he is like the sole reason for that Magical Girls exist in Puella Magi Madoka Magica and what kind of fate he gaves them in the end (for those who have seen the anime and movies, they exactly know what I mean), hue. XD

Well, even if no one likes Sailor Moon, you can't deny it's a symbol of the genre XD

I would go with Madoka Magica too
It's for me by far the best thing out there (I also have a special place in my heart for Sakura Card Captor though)

Hm, well of course there will be some people that would not agree with calling him 'evil'. Imo, I consider him as a evil character (he is the main antagonist in the serie), but also neutral in his own way. He has a goal that he want to achieve, I will kep it by that before I will spoil things. Anyway, he is also good at manipulating people, for example iirc when Madoka found out that they can die against the witches and asked QB why he never said that this can happen, QB just answered 'well, you never asked about it'.


Like seriously just saying that..... he is one of my favorite characters. XD

Haha, yes, agreed. Madoka Magica is nice, it's the first Magical Girl anime that came up in my mind for this contest together with Mahou Shouja Lyrical Nanoha. Really love both magical girls series, actually I'm not really an fan of watching Magical Girls anime, but these two are by far currently my most favorite Magical Girls anime that I've watched. I was not really sure if it was allowed to do maybe an crossover of both series since I saw some nice crossover images of Nanoha and Madoka together. I was like 'hmmmm...' but in the end I went for Madoka Magica~
