We're not talking about GMG though.
Basically the question is: is August able to create a DS attack as powerful as the slash from Erza, who was exhausted and with broken bones, and which was imbued DS by an exhausted Wendy.
The answer is extremely obvious to me, and it pains me to see it is not obvious for everyone.

I'd have an easier time believing Eileen could hold up against August if she dodged Erza's attack. I know it was PiS and all but still.... that big lumbering dragon body just looks so slow. Outside of full on flight speed it looks like it'd be easy just to climb on Eileen's back without her even noticing and blast her like Natsu did to Motherglare.

Clear proof of what? That Jura level characters cannot do anything to dragons? Jura seemed just about as hopeless against a spriggan like Serena as he was against a dragon, and August shits on Serena. As far as I am concerned anyone spriggan level can slay an average dragon, heck I wouldn't be surprised if you can slay a dragon at GoI level with dragon slaying magic, given that AF Natsu slayed one and he was sparring with Future Rogue.

That said, Irene is obviously far above your average dragon. But you need to be Igneel level to be capable of defeating an August with DS magic. I don't see anything less then that cutting it.

Pretty much. A dragons biggest weakness is their agility, even in GMG characters didn't seem to have much trouble landing dozens of hits (the only problem is that said hits weren't doing anything).

DS Magic can't be copied you need to have been enchanted by a Dragon, or have a lacrima planted in you. August has neither. Irene's Master Enchant might be a Sage Dragon tech as she needed her Sage DS amp to use it also which means August can't copy it.

Age Seal won't work on Irene. If Irene was susceptible then Dim would be top 2. Irene's enchant would counter Age Seal. Her enchantments are light weight reality warping. Irene not actually playing around would've slaughtered Wendy and Erza even w/o Dragon body. That fight was littered with PIS.

It was implied he copied Natsu's DS fire and used it against him as Melt.

Even if the Melt panel was for whatever reason the only panel that wasnt an example of August copying magic and he doesnt have DS, he could just summon God Serena's historia as well as any other dragon slayer Eileen has encountered. I imagine Historia of Corpses is at its most effective when pit against someone who's lived for hundreds of years.

Considering Erza's and Wendy's combined power was enough to oneshot Eileen out of dragon form, summoning half a dozen dragon slayers to attack Eileen from all sides before she's even realized August has summoned them should easily do the same.
In fact summoning God Serena alone to surprise attack her while she's focused on killing August should be enough to knock her out of dragon form, depending on whether you believe God Serena>Erza or not.

They basically act as if erza had like zero contribution in the end.

Nah, dragons were never stated to have any sort of immunity to anything, their scales are just so durable that nothing can damage them. But as we know Larcade's magic works on Acnologia(a dragon), as does Zeref's(used magic on dragon Eileen).

yeah ik that is why i said extremely immune to it. She shouldn't have that much of a problem breaking out of it tbh if she is in her dragon form. Age seal my only work on people who have lower mp than you but if you have the same amount or even more you can break out of it.

If brandish knows about august magic(which she most likely does) and that he has every magic of the spriggan including dimiria. She would need to have a way out of it if she is his equal or to be the only person capable of defeating him or it wouldn't be a match at all. Do you get it?

Being someones equal doesnt necessarily mean you can stand against them in a fight, Dimaria and Brandish are supposed equals right? Being equals may simply mean that both August and Eileen are equally difficult to defeat, like for a regular spriggan like Brandish the chances of her beating either would be equally low. Though tbh i've my doubts about the extent of Age Seal's power and how long you can maintain it against someone on your own level.

Nothing was implied but a fire spell. August has to see to copy a spell he doesn't just swipe a whole arsenal by glance or he'd known Gild or Midnight's magic before they used them.

Serena is useless, he gets turned into a frog or blitzed. She could just extract his lacrimas using enchantments.

Her Dragon form is her real form. She has to consciously go back into her human form. And August got his whole torso plunged into by Brandish's dagger, and was forced to switch into battle mode while Irene return to human form willingly. She was far from done as she was easily standing before Erza, and PIS stabbed herself so it wasn't a oneshot. Dim timestopped everyone in Hargeonso how does she have more MP than everyone in Hargeon? Also like I said Age Seal is ineffective against a Dragon since magic resistance, and her enchantment have reality warping properties, and have shown to negate hax like Brandish's.

Well I mean she did just one-shotted a Meteor more powerful than Jellal's capable of killing everyone in the battlefield and not to mention how everyone at the GMG couldn't even slay a dragon and they were in a better state than Erza was and also you know how capable she is to defy logic while in a state like that. But yeah it would be easier for August if he could copy DS Magic that is. But you know there's also the fact of how Irene just stood there and took the slash while not defending herself so....
