I dunno, it depends. Some like Magic and Rondo seem like great leaders, from what little I know. Harden and Kyrie however just do whatever they want and don't seem to care about the consequences.

The Nets honestly fucked themselves over. Even if Kyrie does come back, I highly doubt they'd be able to win the finals, if they get that far. Unless there were other teams with better offers, I thought Nets had leverage as Harden wanted out and wasn't playing his worth. But BOb theorized that the Rockets would have let him sit on the bench rather than trade him for less than what he's worth, so that was smart on their behalf.
