Yeah I dunno why but it happened. . They need to do a Zoro-centric movie but do it properly; but only after he becomes a badass swordsman in the NW.
Sword fighting is the reason why Zoro is one of my favourite characters, I can't wait to see haki-imbued flying slashes from him.

That's the reason why I always disregard specials; because of the fact that they are fillers. But saying that, out of the shonen animes, OP does pretty well with its fillers. Still remember the awesomeness of G-8 arc. To be honest, I'll watch the Nami and probably Merry specials but I have no interest in the filler special with some crappy Marine. He's no Jonathan

Enel was such a dick but what an ability he had. Had he been a pirate with that ability and his personality, he would be a great opponent to Luffy's aim to be Pirate King. I did not really like Fukuro's Chapapa, it was quite annoying. But Kumadori, man....this still remains one of my funniest scenes of him:


But no matter who you liked, Rob Lucci was still the man. It was a pipe dream of mine for him to join the crew but he's too strong, even without haki he could defeat the crew pre time-skip. Daz Bones was cool as Mr.1, now he's Crocodile's bitch, he's not as interesting to me anymore...

Have you seen more stuff in raw? I don't think I ever did.. If this keeps on going, they'll probably do more specials centered around persons or events. If something is going to happen to some specific person in the future, they can do a special and air it around the same time. Zoro almost dying or in great peril is a great way to air a special for him. Reminisce the good times and stuff. I wouldn't mind to get more specials like that, it's fun, and it saves trouble if you usually read or watch back. I can't wait to see him in some good action in the NW!

I love everything filler, I think Omar and I share the same opinion about those. Sure, a lot of fillers are bad. But I love watching fillers/movies/specials and OVA's more than the actual series. Just more extra adventures for me to enjoy! And indeed, One Piece fillers are usually good. I never liked the Warship Island arc though (with Apis and the dragons).

For some reason, I never really liked Enel, or well, I never had some kind of connection with him, I guess. But he was an awesome villain, he would've been a great enemy if he was a pirate, that would've been sick. I really hope we a battle on the actual sea once, instead of those marine encounters. Just ship on ship battles, preferably an entire fleet, so everything gets destroyed BUT Sunny. Now when I think about it, all battles have been on land (or ice..). We need some aquarial (is that a word?) battles.

Rob Lucci was the man alright. But I never liked him, he was a bad guy and he was a good bad guy. Ever since he got introduced, I never trusted him, I never liked him. He was a great character. Any thought on the new crew member? I think everyone joined which Luffy has mentioned (Cook, musician etc.). I don't know when another person will join and until now I really don't think anyone will join soon. People are hoping Law, but that's Jinbe all over again.

No, I've seen some episodes randomly...well more like scenes, since I was interested in Doakes( No Surprise muthafucka!). It looked good for the most part but the number of seasons just put me off. Same reason I use for not watching Supernatural again, or trying Walking Dead or anything like that. The only series I picked up with extensive backlog was Breaking Bad( 3 1/2 seasons had already aired when I picked it up).

I use my Spotify and have some of my local stuff synced to it, so even when mmy allocated time expires, I can still play good music. I used to be very good at keeping up with my manga folders, especially OP; without fail. Now...I couldn't tell you where I left off with them. I guess the sheer number of stuff I have to keep up with has put me off now.

Null did a bunch of other series but Japflap and ju-ni only did Naruto and Bleach respectively. They also did the artbooks and databooks in some cases. In terms of downloads,I hadn't really downloaded anything like back in my axxo and isohunt days.

(1>2>4>3) Those are the best seasons, from then on out, they get less and less. Season 4 ends in a really epic way, and you can stop there. You probably won't, but you can. Supernatural definitely isn't worth the trouble anyway.. So whatever.

3 and a half seasons of Breaking Bad is.. just.. 33 episodes if I'm correct? Didn't season one just have 7 episodes? That's not a lot..

I feel I'll have to re-read a few stuff in Bleach, maybe go back to the beginning. Because, talking to Pat and the others, I realise there's so much crap I forgot/didn't know or overlooked in the series.

You know, something just finally dawned on me, everytime I think of Soi Fong, I imagine Lucy Liu. Very strange. I don't particularly like her though, she's an awesome character but bullies Omaeda too often for my liking. Treats him like such shit sometimes, the poor guy

Brad and Jane were surely the most amazing couple on TV, at least for me too. They had such amazing scenes together and made it look so natural. This is still one of my favourite clips from the 2 of them.

Hmmm not many things, I try to avoid watching stuff in raw. Usually it'd be the OP movies before we get a sub for it. I don't understand but a few words in japanese, so I don't fancy playing "guess the convo" with anime .
A Zoro-centric special would be really cool; to recap on the all the amazing fights he's had and the gallons of blood he's shed through the series lol.

The Luffy and Usopp fight was like "woah, shit just got real, son...", I would not have called it and it was really sad to see these 2 friends fighting each other, but it also showed you how well they knew each other; with Ussop knowing how to hurt Luffy, but ultimately the gap in power was too great. I think it was very rude of Usopp to question his captain's decision like that and Zoro summed it up perfectly. This is why I like Zoro so much; he's the voice of reason and keeps the rest of them in check; reminds them that no matter how goofy Luffy is, he's still their captain and they are following him for a reason.
That scene in Iceberg's chambers was powerful; when he refused to let anyone leave to go find Usopp.

I think I read somewhere that Oda said we'll get more naval battles in the NW, like in that StrongWorld chapter with Shiki and Roger. We've had encounters at see, but they weren't real battles. Remember Shoujo? the one who used vibrations to destroy ships.

Though Fukuro's fight against Franky had its hilarious moments too, but yeah, he was annoying. He ruined Jyabura's shot with Gyatharine, such a dick move. Hmmm it would depend what he top 10 is based on. If it was humour, then he would most definitely be in mine. Can't think of too many other characters that have made me laugh like did.

Law won't join, he's a partner and has his own crew and he's near Luffy's bounty, it wouldn't make sense.

I saw that Doakes used to bully Dexter quite a bit, especially at crime scenes. Black cops huh... But saying that, it seemed he was the only person to really question Dexter's "quirks" and ways.

If I watch it, it won't be for a long while, but I'll keep that in mind.

It's not a great number of episodes but when it's 40mins each, it's a lot. I think I subconsciously avoid a lot of hour shows. Oohh Mentalist is also back this season, and this is the year we find out who Red John is. That show is like HIMYM, taking us so long to find out who this person is. On the lat episode of the season, Patrick Jane had narrowed it down to a few a handful of people who he was certain Red John was one of. Can't wait for that "OMG" scene when we see him.

Now that I think about it, I think I've skimmed through raw foreign movies though, like real fast, just to see the quality I could be expecting.

Zoro has caused me plenty of heartaches too, like the obvious Thriller Bark moment. His disappearance at Shaobandy was so cruel! When it happened, I couldn't read the manga for about a month because of 'reasons'. And that month.. was so heartbreaking.. I was lost..

Since the not-so-serious fight between Zoro and Luffy I called another crew fight. First I was going for the maybe obvious choice, Zoro vs. Sanji. But that fight won't even seriously happen, then they would lose their tsundere charm against each other, change the characters for good. Then I actually thought about Luffy vs. Usopp, but never seriously, until the whole Merry thing started to happen. I fucking loved it, it really, REALLY showed that Usopp could take care of himself if he wanted to, instead of being a victim to one of his 'im-too-scared-for-that-diseases'. But indeed, the power gap was inevitable. Even if power was the same, Luffy would've won, mainly because he's rubber and Usopp isn't. He has more durability.

Apis had a fruit power? I don't even remember that!

I sure hope he said that AND we get that. I've been longing for a good naval fight since ever, I do remember Shoujo, but I don't call that a naval battle in the end. I want some serious shit on the sea with the crew though. Fukuro had some funny moments, but a lot of characters I didn't like or REALLY disliked had those, he just doesn't fit my taste. One Piece has a lot of characters, and a lot of characters are a lot better than Kumadori, but personally, he's the character that made me laugh the most, even in that short time he was in the series.

Yeah, Doakes was always onto Dexter for some reason, it wasn't even for being who he is at the start. He was just.. 'weird' and he couldn't be trusted. Doakes was an excellent character, I hate to love him just as I love to hate him. They did a good job with him.

Don't. Don't talk about The Mentalist. I love it, but for some reason I never got past S3E2. Which is the episode after he got out of jail after he killed the wrong guy, thinking he was Red John. I have a lot of catching up to do, I miss Amanda Righetti though.

There's been a lot of those videos, but none were as good as this one, this had this old-school romcom feel with great editing. The latter is something a lot of those videos tend to miss.

I saw you bought Slam Dunk (and BoI? /notsure) volumes. Man, I want to buy manga again too!
Last I bought were the first two volumes of The Law of Ueki (and I got the first Bleach volume in Dutch for free). I want that complete! Damn it!
