Well I'm not sure if who the God Hand are really matters much to the story. We can assume they were real people because of Griffith, but I'd prefer to see other things.

Maybe I misspoke a bit. Sure I would like to know all about Slan and the rest of them, but as a fan for many years I can't really be particular as far as content goes anymore

This news just blows me away. Godhand story coming up. At very least Miura confirmed that he intends on shedding some light about them.

Heh, I really like it that he says that a short period of time may mean a year for him, one page a day seems interesting, does that mean switching to monthly would be possible? I mean, I know he will not do it, but he has around 19 pages to draw, a month has around 30 days so he has 10 days rest, unless he is working on some pages for a few days to make them more epic? Though it is clear drawing is taking a lot of time for him even though he has been doing it for a long time.

1 page a day would be mean that he could easily knock out 12 episodes a year. I hope this is what he's hinting at. It's funny, Miuras seems so secretive, but all it takes is for someone to ask the right question and he pretty much answers it.

Yeah, I kind of get the feeling the movie was the special occasion for him to tell these things. It is not much, but still the best part about it for me was that Caska, the stoic character, who was not stoic before, he made her stoic after the eclipse, is his favorite character. I guess he likes a neutral point of view in the story and she is that.

So....is this manga still going on? The last thing I remember is that the mermaid girl turned into a mermaid and thats it. The chapters came out so infrequently that I sort of forgot about it. Anything else come out since then?

:P You should like tell people in other forums to come vote or read the manga quick and then vote. They don't know what they're missing. The saddest part about this manga is how shonens will always beat it in popularity.

Not necessarily a bad thing. Berserk should stay underground, like heavy metal.
