I don't. I like Dororo, Bastard!!!, Attack on Titan and Berserk and that's about it.

Maybe I just hate the current (still like them though..) trend of anime of look its big booby female! fan service ecchi -_-
I prefer great background on characters and story...also epic fights..also abit of dark fantasy.

Yeah those same old manga/anime series sometimes are boring...Nice to have something like Berserk in the middle of all these.

By the way, Miura is in hs forties...if he take care he can still work for a few more decades

What I found awesome is berserk started 22 years ago and its art has been superior to most mangas from then and its still better than the majority.

Ya very few manga hold a candle to the detail in Berserk. And the plot is no joke either.

well speaking of art, compared to how berserk started two decades ago he has had time to develop it. I actually started reading the manga post-anime storyline back in the day, until I purchased the hard copies and read from chapter 1 where I was amazed at how different the art was back then compare to his godlike panels in the recent years.

Yeah the art kinda sucked back then, it started to get good around the eclipse, and onward. I think my favorite style must be around the lost children arc, while it was not as detailed as it is now, it had a manga feel to it, and Miura used more ink strokes like the ones in this panel

That's a good example of how the strokes of your ink can convey the emotion you intend to show. It's pure rage. He's used it since but ya most of his panels are just super detailed now. He has matured, of course.

Ya same actually, but still his early work was really well done as well. The original 26 episode anime is what turned me on to the manga as well. You could tell he was new when he first started. He has refined his art greatly since then.

I would ha preferred the continuation off berserk rather than Gintonoma the new manga from miura.
as for your friend sorry I think it miura don't die before finishing berserk we gonna get sickness by waiting.

I suspect Miura just needs to be properly MOTIVATED to start getting on a more regular schedule. This is why I've been (jokingly) saying for a while now that people should start a "Threaten Kentaro Miura With Physical Violence If He Doesn't Start Releasing New Berserk Chapters Once A Month" Campaign! Lololol.

This is why I've been (jokingly) saying for a while now that people should start a "Threaten Kentaro Miura With Physical Violence If He Doesn't Start Releasing New Berserk Chapters Once A Month" Campaign! Lololol.

I have a better idea, and less painful to make Miura work his ass to bring us a chapter every month. Let's all boycott the next volume when it's released. It will be much more efficient than beating him. Of course I know you were just joking
