So there was more to the situation that some weak wannabe brothers. Didn't think we'd might sally again so soon. Things could get nasty with all these kids around, plus if the others show up, the situation would become really bad. Gauche and Asta have to work together here. I suppose that's how they'll become more tolerable of each other.

Imagine Noelle vs Sally who would win that fight and that's an interesting matchup. Not to mention both are maniacs and are Aster stalkers.

I'm sure if both girls knew of Aster's double crossing, his crown jewels are in real serious jepordary. Noelle would not hesitate to burn them off and sally well she'll experiment and acid it off

Actually triple crossing Aster is triple crossing because the third bar girl got involved too go Asta and Gauche's sister i don't think is helping Aster in any way.

what about long range weapons such as bows and arrows, guns what about axes and tridents and spears and scythes and scimitars wat are the possibilties for asta. Also how does anti-magic work to begin with any theories ?

Hmm, I think long-range weapons were not going to enjoy the best quality of Asta, which is his physical strength. Weapons such as bows and guns do not necessarily need a user with as much muscle he has, but a user with amazing accuracy.
As for the axes, sickles and short range weapons, would be a better idea in my personal opinion.

Asta is strength base and all of his training all rely to strength. He didn't practice accuracy which is required when using range weapons.

Spoiler: My thoughts on Chapter 45 raw

Asta and Gauche making a good team! And is Gauche comparing Asta to Yami, with his flashback? I guess I'll have to wait for the translation to understand what Gauche is thinking and his Mirror eye power. Speaking of which Asta whipping out that Tajū Kage Bunshin no Jutsu! was pretty cool.

I hope the fight with Sally and mud monster is over in the next chapter. This arc has been okay, but I really want one involving Captain Yami, or the whole Black Bulls squad.
