Here I see for those who all will participate in it on their bounties, but more so for those pirated or leaning on it:

STRAWHAT PIRATES:

Straw Hat Monkey D. Luffy - 5,500,000,000 Billion Beri (He be taking out probably a Calamity and then Kaido himself as well causing mayhem in Wano, his bounty would increase like this, but then again Idk what's Kaido's bounty, so his bounty would rise to be above or equal to Kaido's bounty, so might make a change to this and maybe to the other bounties when we get a reveal on Kaido's bounty).

Vinsmoke "Black Leg" Sanji and Roronoa "Pirate Hunter" Zoro - 2,500,000,000 Billion Beri Each (Knowing Oda and how he likes keeping a rivalry between them as he already showcase it many times. Plus with their potential opponents in Wano (King, Queen, Jack, or Orochi), it would make sense why they both get huge increasion respectively. Plus I can truly see Oda making them tie with their bounties to help stir their rivalry more and probably the communities as well XD).

Tony Tony "Monster Raccoon/Tanuki" Chopper (Nod to you, Zetsu for your title) - 1,000,000,000 Billion Beri (Yep, from 100 to 1,000,000,000 in a instant lol. I can feel that with Chopper, he would be 'Usopp or Buggy' on how he get his bounty and reputation, but more legit since he probably play a role like Zetsu said and it being a theme Zoan DF User arc with Kaido's crew. Can see him helping out as a doctor and also fighter too with perhaps higher-ups in this. Maybe even against Jack (I am kidding....Or am I XD?!)! Regardless if it does happen, we can see the Government finally take Chopper seriously since they are coming to Wano early on and see his power instead of looking him as just a pet/mascot to the Strawhats. However, I feel they would confuse him as a "Raccoon" in his new title than Reindeer since that a running gag on him too or even mistake him for a Tanuki as well XD).

Knight of the Sea, Jimbei - 896,000,000 Million Beri (I feel it be more affiliation than doing 'heavy' stuff in Wano as I envision him coming late to the party compare to the others are doing, but if Big Mom will be there, he could handle one of the Sweet Commanders and maybe other higher-ups to get his increasion more).

God "SogeKing" Usopp - 500,000,000 Million Beri (All Hail God Usopp/SogeKing! He be the one to bring Kaido to his knees and everyone else XD! Lol, but seriously I do see Usopp shining and be somewhat legit of his power and strength especially now he has Haki, but do see half of it could be part of his 'hype' as God Usopp when he does thing inadvertically into helping others and maybe even defeating his opponents, so could see it rising by combination of the two).

Iron Man Franky - 444,000,000 Million Beri (Congratz on Franky finally reaching over 100 million mark, but sadly I feel they will do him dirty by having him still under God Usopp and still not using his real appearance and still his Franky Shogun which make sense due to the theme in Wano and "Shogun" lol. I can see him going in and fighting with higher-ups left and right as seeing how he didn't like the treatment of the Tottas and factories, pretty sure Franky would be angry again on the people of Wano treatment on 'lesser class' and factories being another part of cause for them. I can see him going to destroy all the factories (With help of course) and face higher-ups in the process with one of them being "Iron Boy" Scotch, the one who faced Drake X. Lol, Iron Man vs Iron Boy, who would going to win (Franky obviously).

Nico "Demon Child" Robin - 350,000,000 Million Beri (Robin will probably get a moment to shine in this arc since she be trying to attend Orochi's inner circle and probably to Kaido's higher-up group as well. She is bound to get into a fight with others and especially uncovering Road Poneglyph in that wake with the others as she is the only one to decipher them. So yeah, hope to see she gets a serious fight with her since it been a long time since we got one with her).

Soul King Brook - 330,000,000 Million Beri (After his performance in WCI, pretty sure we going to expect more in Brook in this, but don't be so sure or put your expectations too far off as while he did have achievements in getting the objectives, his combat is another story as he was having trouble handling higher-ups in moments, so I don't expect him beating anyone so higher up, but he can take on many Headliners and maybe someone close to Calamity, but that's stretching a bit. Though with his power of music to 'soothe the savage beasts' as the saying goes and swordsmanship to add on especially for Wano to showcase to others, I feel he would get a significant amount raise to him and able to cause trouble and mishap especially looking like a undead, ghost warrior...Oh, but he is already undead warrior. Skull Joke YOHOHOHOHOHOHO!!!).

Cat Burglar Nami - 227,000,000 Million Beri (Despite might be lowest bounty of the crew and that is a "If" unless Chopper is still treated with the low bounty still, I can still Nami doing work in Wano as shown in the previous chapters with her a Shinobu, she could play somewhat big role in helping everyone. Plus with her Zeus power-up, she can do more damage than before and maybe take on a higher-up for her to beat after a long time. Maybe one or her final opponent could Ginrummy if she proves to be a real threat as you never know or loyal Shinobi/Kunochi or both against Nami and her Shinobu. See big things on what she can accomplish with her potential).

This is my prediction for the group atm and will add onto the allies later when I get the time :).
Motherf#####! My prediction might be right after all this and bounties of Yonko and Roger as no doubt Luffy and the others will surpassed them all now :D!

Hey guys is it just me or did Chopper become a better doctor after the time skip? Didn't he say it was easy to combat the viral infection that Queen created? His role on the Sunny is the doctor first and foremost...so naturally his growth there is the most important I think, not his fighting capabilities although those improved too and will probably get better.

He did which quite impressive, but bit of a struggle though in doing it. Think I can see him getting big bounty boost especially this arc hints a lot about him to do more from being a Zoan, Doctor, etc.. He probably face T6H/Numbers as his final opponent or even to Jack, but more team effort maybe, but might play in his downfall majorly.

Nope, I am gonna stick to my theory I had before: Chopper's next increase will he tiny again. Might not even be 50 bellies. Might he just 5 lol. However I also think the Marine will see his monster form do some crazy stunts and go oh shit the strawhats got a new "monster" and they will just give his monster point like 50 million to start lol. In other words, Chopper gets 2 bounties. His normal cotton candy self will always be a running gag and get a lowass bounty.

Well the borders of wano are going to be open when the Arc of over, so there should be no problem getting news of their victory.

As for his bounty I don't believe it'll raise too much even though I'd enjoy that, but I suspect one of his final fights will have him win due to his opponent underestimating him.

There'll only be a bounty increase depending on how the incident is reported to the government. The crews bounty will always increase as a result of Luffy now, so unless a WG official witnesses Chopper in action or his exploits in battle reported specifically, his bounty will increase relative to what it is now.

1) Individual strength: A weaker pirate will almost always get a lower bounty since his ability to cause damage, compete with other pirates, defeat stronger individuals related to the WG and Marines will be highly impacted. Coupled with the ease at which he can be dealt with.
The reverse is almost always the case for someone with a higher bounty.
e.g Every single pirate with a bounty of 500 million and above.
This is not true at all.

A Pirate doesn't get a low bounty for being weak. People get low bounties for not doing any crime that's huge or rather, not involved in a huge incident.

Bounty is not a value that determines how easy a Pirate can be dealt with, it's a value that determines the total value attributed to all the crimes and incidents a character has been involved in.

If a person has only committed 1 crime and gained a bounty of 100m, it means they crime they committed had a value of 100m. Not that 100m reflects exactly how strong they are.

Pedro had a bounty of 380 million simply for researching the Poneglyph. Not because he defeated anyone or because he had unbelievable strength.

Like I said before, a bounty value is not understood until you know the crimes committed or incidents they were involved in.

Urouge had a bounty of 108m. If Bounty defined how difficult it was to apprehend or defeat anyone, almost all Supernova would be caught. Urouge was the one who defeated Snack who had a 600m bounty. Bounty has literally nothing to do with strength.

A character can have a bounty of just 10m and be the strongest in the series. It just means said character only committed crimes worthy of 10m.

Heck, the Blackbeard Pirates have pitiful bounties in comparison.

Burgess has a mere 20m bounty before Marineford. Nami had 16m. I guess that means Burgess was only a tad stronger than Nami pre-timeskip? No.

Strength is not what increases bounty. It's just crime. Simple as that.

Not everyone is committing incidents that catch the attention of the world to warrant 100m+.

It is a fact that there's no single pirate having a bounty of 500 million or above who isn't known for his strength.
Has nothing to do with strength. Just crimes.

Anyone with a high bounty has simply proven they've committed x-amount of crimes successfully.

Anyone with a high bounty can be assumed (keyword: assumed) to be strong, smart, witty, knowledgeable and any other adjective that would describe a successful Pirate, but it doesn't mean these assumptions are factual:
  1. Could just be smart and actually weak, but successfully committed lots of crimes to warrant 500m or 200m or 300m.
  2. Could be strong and stupid, but successfully committed lots of crimes to warrant 30m, 3000m, 400m.
  3. Could be psychotic and have killed lots of innocent people whilst being weak, and still warrant a bounty of 500m simply because you've done it long enough to not get caught.
Bounties don't tell you anything specifically other than this is the total value of all their crimes. It doesn't give context to the crimes or to the nature of the crimes.

It doesn't even tell you long this person took to get that bounty.

Katakuri has easily been a Pirate since the age of 20, so 28 years to accumulate a 1 billion bounty. 1 billion divided by 28 years is more or less 35m. It means his average bounty increase a year for 28 years was just 35m. Katakuri could have been as strong as he is at 48 at the age of 20, but given that he's not breaking into Impel down or challenging the WG in their own base, he's only getting 35m incremental bounty increases a year for relatively petty crimes.

You can look at 2 people with the same bounty, but they did completely different things to warrant their bounties.
  • Bege a 300m bounty = Caesar had a 300m bounty.
Caesar got his bounty for destroying Punk Hazard with chemical weapons, not because of his strength. Bege got his for committing crimes. You can't just make absolute claims because someone's bounty is xxxxx. Doesn't quite work like that.

Bounties are far more nuanced than most readers of this series seem to grasp.

Back it up!
Like I said, there isn't a single pirate with a bounty 500 million and over, who isn't strong.
Disprove that.

Stop bringing up head cannons and twisting them like they are some facts. I stated facts from the Manga and you are here throwing me your reasonings.

Caesar has 300 plus bounty. He could've killed an entire squad of Marines which included Smoker.
He sure as hell has a powerful DF but that's not where I'm even going.

Your reasoning about bounties is faulty like it or not.

Doesn't mean bounties over 500m mean you're strong, lol.

There are people with bounties of less than 100m that are also as strong as people with bounties of 500m.

So, your point is null.

Stop bringing up head cannons and twisting them like they are some facts. I stated facts from the Manga and you are here throwing me your reasonings.
Never said anything not fact. Perhaps, you need to read properly and point out what exactly I said that isn't fact.

Caesar has 300 plus bounty. He could've killed an entire squad of Marines which included Smoker.
He sure as hell has a powerful DF but that's not where I'm even going.
Luffy had a 300m bounty during Marineford. He couldn't even defeat Smoker, lol.

Your reasoning about bounties is faulty like it or not.
Nope, you are, lol.

Like I said genius, you can't provide one instance where someone earns a bounty without a crime.

Stop trying to twist things. I'm not comparing strength of people with different bounties. You brought that up yourself.

The fact that you refuse to backup your claim is proof you've hit a brick wall.

Like I said, every single pirate we've seen with 500 million bounty and up is strong.

I'll even go one better.
There's not a single pirate in the world with at least a Billion belly bounty who isn't super powerful.

Again. Disprove that lol.
--- Double Post Merged, , Original Post Date: ---

Oda even attributed bounties to how powerful an individual is when he stated in an SBS that if Enel was a pirate, he'd have a 500 million bounty.

It just shows you when you start reaching certain figures in bounties. You get nothing but power houses.

This has been shown multiple times in the Manga and the latest chapter confirms it.

You said bounties reflect strength in hierarchy. Just telling you you're wrong, lol.

Fact is if that were true, then Oven should be weaker than Pekoms going by your statement.

Like I said, every single pirate we've seen with 500 million bounty and up is strong.
Could have a bounty of 30m and still be strong, lol.

Proof is in the fact that your statement falls flat when reversed.

Yes, there's no Pirate we've seen with a 500m bounty that isn't strong.

Nonetheless, the reverse isn't true. There are strong Pirates without bounties of 500m that are strong.

So, your claim here is not a fundamental truth, lol.

There's not a single pirate in the world with at least a Billion belly bounty who isn't super powerful.
Nope, your reasoning is just poor, lol.

Again, when reversed, your claim is flawed and not fundamentally true, lol.

While there isn't a Pirate with a billion beri bounty that isn't strong, it also doesn't mean that people with less than billion beri bounties aren't as strong or stronger, lol.

My claim is no one gets a bounty without a crime.
  • Crimes earn one Bounties = No Bounties without Crime.

Your statement isn't reversible and true whereas mine is because it's a fundamental and axiomatic truth, lol.

Logic isn't your forte.

Oda even attributed bounties to how powerful an individual is when he stated in an SBS that if Enel was a pirate, he'd have a 500 million bounty.
Nope, he never did.

He said if Enel was a Pirate at sea, he'd have a bounty of 500m. Not that 500m was the quantified value of his strength, lol.

It just shows you when you start reaching certain figures in bounties. You get nothing but power houses.
Again, that's true for the most part. Nonetheless, it's not a principle fact that strength is what drives bounty, lol. Seems you can't quite comprehend this, lol.

Bounty only goes up with crime, not with increases in strength, lol.

By your logic, Zoro and Sanji are only as strong as Luffy was pre-skip, lol.

You said bounties reflect strength in hierarchy. Just telling you you're wrong, lol.
Well, it just shows you either didn't read my comment on bounty or you have problems understanding my comments.

Look at how big and bold your claims are. I never stated bounties reflecting strength in hierarchy.
Either read my post again and see where you've gone off the rails or simply quote me saying that.
You've just lied mate.

This is just trying hard to find something to argue about. The fact that I never mentioned the reverse should give you the hint. There are no facts stating the reverse and we've obviously seen people worth more than they are valued in a wanted poster.
But no! I'm not arguing about this. I stated facts alone and that's it.
You want an argument with me? Disprove the fact I stated.
And if you can't disprove that then STFU.
If you are too egoistic to agree with a correct opinion then I can't blame you. But stop trying to bring up what has no relevance.

Again, when reversed, your claim is flawed and not fundamentally true, lol.
Like I said, I never brought the reverse up, you did, in your goal of seeking to be right.

A fact is a fact until proven untrue.

The fact that every single pirate in One Piece with over a billion bounty is true and you can't disprove it speaks for itself.

Stop trying to bring up arguments where there are none. You can carry on with your reverse BS but that was never a point I made or claimed. It's irrelevant to me but the fact that you are trying to bring that up as something is proof of your lack of proof to disprove my claim.

Again, that's true for the most part. Nonetheless, it's not a principle fact that strength is what drives bounty, lol. Seems you can't quite comprehend this, lol.
It shows you either totally ignored my post on bounties, or you are obsessed about been correct and refused to read my first comment about bounties.
I'm quite sure the one whose lack of comprehension should be questioned is you.

With regards to bounties. Even though it's a mixture of perceived threat, danger, difficulty in apprehending and eliminating to the WG (of which strength is virtually the biggest factor) which indicates one or all of the following:
...
As I said before you most likely didn't read my earlier comments on bounty which I never attributed to strength alone.

But you just want to claim being correct so you'll go as far as lying and questioning people's judgement.

Shame on you bud.

Well, it just shows you either didn't read my comment on bounty or you have problems understanding my comments.
You said this, lol:

In a rough calculation strength virtually equates to bounty.
With regards to bounties. Even though it's a mixture of perceived threat, danger, difficulty in apprehending and eliminating to the WG (of which strength is virtually the biggest factor)
Just telling you that you're wrong because strength isn't the biggest factor, crime is, lol.

You want an argument with me? Disprove the fact I stated.
Not arguing, just telling you that you're wrong.

Strength is not the biggest factor in bounty.

Crime is.

The bigger the crime/incident, the bigger the bounty given.

A fact is a fact until proven untrue.
Nope, a fact is a proven statement.

An opinion however becomes a fact when it's proven true.

You don't understand the distinction between fact and opinion it seems.

It shows you either totally ignored my post on bounties, or you are obsessed about been correct and refused to read my first comment about bounties.
I'm quite sure the one whose lack of comprehension should be questioned is you.
I did read it, you just made erroneous statements.

You said a weaker Pirate will always get a low bounty. That's absolutely false.

A weaker Pirate doesn't get a bounty for being weak, they get a bounty for the magnitude of their crime, lol.

Shame on you bud.
You seem to be mistaken here, lol.

Your statement was absolutely wrong.

Strength is not the determinant of bounty, or one of the biggest factors.

The crime is the biggest factor and the determinant, everything else is secondary to that and minuscule.

Your statement in itself inherently implies Bounty is a hierarchy of strength since Strength as you said... is the biggest factor... which in actually isn't true, lol.

Even if you corrected your egregious statement here, it would still be wrong.

If Bounty was mostly based on strength as you say:
  1. then Robin at 8 years old: 79m
  2. and Hancock at 18 years old: 80m
... with your statement, we could argue that 8 year old Robin is just a bit weaker than Hancock.

If we even claimed that the entire value of Hancock's bounty reflected her strength and only 90% of Robin's bounty reflect her strength at the age of 8 years old, then 71 million of the 79 million would reflect Robin's bounty; Robin's strength ratio to Hancock's would be 71:80.

No matter what arbitrary figure we give to estimating the strength of Robin via bounty, no value would reflect the difference in strength except 0% to be realistic.

And you chose to ignore the word "virtually".
I don't expect English to be your problem now.
Virtually just means for the most part, or predominantly. Your statement is still wrong, lol.

You keep bringing up Hancock and Robin and fail to see why I inserted "virtually" when talking about strength.
They are exceptions.

You claim so boldly that crime against the WG is what cause bounties to rise.
I differ in that sense and instead say perceived threat and strength of an individual amongst other factors causes the rise.

A most recent example is Luffy at WCI. He did nothing to the WG but settle personal scores with another pirate (Big Mom) where mostly his individual strength (by beating commanders) and collective strength (his fleet) was revealed to the world, with the WG paying attention.

Immediately after that he gets a 3 times increase in bounty and you are saying?...

They are exceptions.
Exceptions is just an excuse for your claim doesn't apply consistently, so you choose to ignore it.

Thing is your claim is wrong fundamentally, lol.

It's like you say "x" and "+" mean the same thing. You then proceed to say "since 2x2=4 and 2+2=4", it proves both the multiplication and addition symbol mean add together. However, when you're met with "3x2=6", you claim it's an exception.

That's not an exception, it just means the rule behind your claim or principle is wrong, lol.

Bounty as a principle is not increased based on strength, otherwise your statement would be true.

Bounty is increased based on crime without exceptions.

I can make claims that don't require exceptions whereas you can't, that in itself proves your claim is wrong due to the inconsistency and fact it's not 100% applicable, lol.

You claim so boldly that crime against the WG is what cause bounties to rise.
I differ in that sense and instead say perceived threat and strength of an individual amongst other factors causes the rise.
Nope, if you actually read what I said, I said Crime and/or Incident.

Crimes are against the WG and Incidents are big events that took place without any direct damage to the WG.
  • Luffy's campaign at WCI is an Incident = It resulted in a bounty increase.
  • Luffy's breaking into Impel Dow is a crime = it resulted in a bounty increase.

I differ in that sense and instead say perceived threat and strength of an individual amongst other factors causes the rise.
Nope, not true.

No one has received a bounty for getting stronger, lol.

Luffy used Haki right after the time-skip in front of Sentomaru and he didn't get a bounty increase.

When did he get a bounty increase I wonder? Ah, that's it, right after Dressrosa from 400m - 500m.

Zoro and Sanji didn't receive any bounty increases either despite using Haki, but got bounty increases only after Dressrosa.

Guess what Dressrosa was? An incident and a Crime.

Cause and Effect, google that to understand the concept.

The reason Bounty increased (the effect) was caused by the Incident/Crime (Dressrosa).

You think it's just a coincidence that everytime a bounty goes up is right after a crime or incident?
  • Luffy's first bounty was as a result of working up a ruckus in East Blue = 30m
  • Next Bounty, Alabasta for interfering with a Shichibukai and being involved in Alabasta = 100m
  • Next Bounty, broaching Enis Lobby, challenging the WG by burning the emblem and defeating CP9 = 300m
  • Breaking into Impel Down, involvement in Marineford and then returning to Marineford once more to ring the Ox Bell = 400m
Bounties are not being given or being increased for strength gains bud.

A most recent example is Luffy at WCI. He did nothing to the WG but settle personal scores with another pirate where mostly his individual strength (by beating commanders) and collective strength (his fleet) was revealed to the world, with the WG paying attention.
Lol, I did say WCI was an incident. Thus why I say crimes and INCIDENTS assuming you read comprehensively.

Immediately after that he gets a 3 times increase in bounty and you are saying?...
I've been saying this since 2018, lol: https://mangahelpers.com/forum/threads/bounties-how-are-they-attributed.3009003/

Do you think Blackbeard got a 2b bounty for just Whitebeard?

You think he got no Bounty for the Grudge war with the Whitebeard remnants?

Crimes and Incidents.

Did Luffy get an increased bounty after Fishman Island Incident with Hody? I seem to recall his bounty only increasing after Dressrossa (could be wrong).

I don't think there is any truly logical component behind bounties. They are issued when needed, and we don't even know the true process behind it. Is it just this Brannew guy? Anyways they are made by people, based on their perception of other people. Part of Luffy's 1.5B is that he is believed to be a scheming mastermind who made a crazy plan to kill Big Mom, and that's not true.
Chopper's bounty is irrelevant because they think he is a pet.
They didn't know who is behind Sogeking at first, they used a crude drawing of Sanji for years, Cracker's bounty Poster depicts the biscuit knight armor, Blackbeard never had any bounty despite being a veteran in Whitebeard's crew, Bepo even is a Mink they still think he is a pet...
They Marines are not omniscient and there are even many factors beyond knowledge to consider, such as the timing of events, the media like the WEJ, potential cover-ups, etc.. Whatever lines of argumentation they have, we don't know. They are probably very similar to our own though :)

There are no Marines or other World Government officials on Fishman Island, and Neptune likely didn't report his country was saved by a pirate. Hody Jones wasn't known above either despite eating pirate captains for lunch. Fishmen Island is disconnected from the surface and despite being a WG member, needs to ally with Pirates to survive. So no one knows what happened down there except those present.

We don't know the workings of bounties and all we can do is assume. No one measurement has been proven more important than the other. There is no order of important attributes to consider that we know of so lets not go around as if we have some authority on the subject.

The Manga has shown a mixture of reasons bounties have increased. You say no one got an increase in Bounty for growing stronger but that is only demonstrated in a fight which becomes an incident no? The SHs were in FI after dissapearing for 2 years, claimed FI as their territory, recruited a warlord and openly declared war against a Yonko. He went into PH and also caused a ruckus, didn't get an increase.

Strength, crime, incident, perceived threat etc have all shown to be a reason for bounty increases. Robin was a perceived threat and had actually not committed any crimes other than existing, she got a bounty for what she could do and not what she was already doing at 8 years old.

There were human survivors on FI and that info would definitely have gotten to the WG. There are SH merch all over the place, its not hard info to come across.
