Among 37 selected All-Time Best selling Jump Series, Captain Tsubasa is ranked 7th behind Fist of the Northern Star (Ken le Survivant, Hokuto No Ken) and Naruto.
Dragonball is first, no questions asked.
The only thing I noticed is that they didn't count the sales of Road to 2002 and Golden 23 because Mr YT was no longer with Shonen Jump.
