I'm a newbie around here. I pretty much joined this forum specifically for KHR. Also, forgive me if this has been discussed already. I looked through the FAQ and didn't see any references to the Cervello.
Anyways, I'm curious what everyone thinks Cervello's real role is. So far they've only seem to have been playing supporting roles. But in the Varia arc, they claimed allegiance to Vongola. Yet in the Future arc, they're sided with the Millefore. I, personally, think this is pretty suspicious.
Also, I can't get out of my head the conversation Xanxus and the Cervello had at the end of the ring battles.
Xanxus: It's all gone according to your wishes.
Cervello: You say words like that, but we do not have wishes nor do we predict anything.
Cervello: Everything was already decided.
My suspicious nature leads me to think that they play a much larger role in the overall story than it may seem. Who's side are they really on? What are their goals? So, anyone have any thoughts on it?
