When you say tablet practice, you mean that you've jsut recently gotten one? That's pretty good for starters. You could add more shadows to the hair though. Also, more shadows to her body, since her face seems like it's darker.

But still. It's pretty good. ^^ And looks really clean, too.

I coudlnt handle the pen right since I was staring straight ahead, and not down. ><

I like the hair part. It's very realistic, though you can indeed add some shadows to it, as mentioned by DZ. Body texture is good too, it's very vibrant. I would prefer a fairer texture myself but that color scheme fits the red well. Good, very good job indeed. More practices and you will be an expert in no time. XD
