Coolio, i love the texture you sued on the ground, and the background looks really nice and detailed. The rain droplets look good too.
Extra points for using the original Akatsuki colors.

This is a good colouring, though I would have liked to see more variation in tone and shade; that's just personal taste. It's really smooth and I like the shine on...his blades? Weapons? (what are those things hanging down by his sides?). Great job and hope we see more of your work in the future.
