you are well aware that the possibility that any Manga Editors will actually use this is quite minimal, i hope? we're talking about a chapter about a year back in time after all... instead i suggest you ask one of the mods to move this to the art forum, or if you want to put it in as a contribution, put it with the other ones in the 330 contributions thread. im afraid it wont ever come to any use if you dont.

as for the coloring, its pretty decent. the wall behind tsunade looks fine, but otherwise its a little too flat. add some shades and highlights to tsunade, and voilà...
