red water is definitly hard to make i think ..
It looks cool how the red chakra glows in the darkness

red water has the same dificulty as "blue or white" water.
You only have to study water effects photos and other images and put them into practice.

But yeah, the first steps are usually difficult, anyway, don't stop trying! *o*

personally I prefer the white water... it gives to the composition more light... in my opninion red color brokes the color composition... :/ but well..

when you look at the consistency of the water in the drawing, it looks like it would be water, while I personally imaging kyuubi chakra to be thicker and have a much different feeling to it, which is why I think everyone went with the water look
