I would say Jozu.Cause we haven seen,and will not see what Ace is capable of.Sure he melted Aokiji ice instantly but its Fire>Ice.And Jozu is a confirmed CoA user.And Oda himself says that the whitebeard crew commanders arent ranked 1st commander 2nd commander according to their strength.

Now Luffy before timeskip VS Zoro After timeskip.

Zoro would destroy luffy easily IMO. He would not even break a sweat. Heck, any of the monster trio post time skip would most likely take the entire pre time skip crew on their own without dificulty. Zoro was trained by mihawk for crying out loud, that should be about as good as being trained by rayleigh.

Still haven seen what Ussopp is capable off now.But im still going to take Ussopp side.Sice we saw a little of what his capable of doing now compared to pre timeskip.And ask long as Ussopp keeps his distance from Hina,Hina DF would be rendered useless IMO
