This is what i had in mind... but the forum edits it (prob. resizes) and the animation gets lost in the process.

Yea it's probably too big because of the crossfade. I made a quick one and it work. It's not as good as yours but kind of look a like you can ajust the timing if you like it.

I first though that it was too big because you had lots of frames.
