I agree with most of your choices, but not sold on Sengoku, Red Dog (Who's that? Akainu?), 5 Elder Stars (At least maybe one of them, but Idk all of them), Sabo, and BB's 1st mate? You mean Burgess? Idk maybe, but if he did, he could have use it during the Dressrosa arc when he was fighting the Colosseum, so I don't think he really has it, but does have other Hakis though.

Mind telling me why you think these others have it?

It is one-sided. Orochi's is not same lol as him as you insert. Partnership is one thing, but he still be one in charge. The reason he is to the rules as he doesn't want to destroy the place he lives on and get resources. Plus he shown to be more reasonable than he looks. He even didn't try to kill Luffy despite all he did to his plans, rather use him as his own men.

Kaido is reasonable so he isn't always out to destroy and rather leave things be so make more sense there. So as things are friendly for Orochi side, they don't mind, but not on same lvl.

Maybe Kaido needs a smart and dedicated guy like orochi to rule the country, deal with politics etc after all kaido is a pirate and spends all his time drunk or trying to commit suicide...

Kidd has it. Luffy has it. Ace had it. Katakuri has it. Are people seriously debating on whether Kaido has it? Lol, some of you argue to argue. And even if Orochi has it, that doesn't mean Kaido would follow him, haha. Kaido just doesn't seem like the type to actually run a country, but it's beneficial for him to have a country, especially one so difficult to reach, and one that isn't affiliated with the WG, as his home base.

I also don't know if any other Straw Hats will develop it. I think it's more something innate, you are born with, and if they had it they'd have shown it by now. We'll see I suppose, but it doesn't really add to the story them having it (and really, the "power" itself isn't all that useful other than knocking out some fodder).

Another Roger Pirate confirmed for having Haoshoku Haki/Conqueror's Haki among the crew being Douglas "Demon Heir" Bullet. Man, the Roger Pirates are truly stacked with powerful individuals. Almost feel like each member have the power at this rate lol.

If the Strawhat Pirates are truly going to embody the same way like the Roger Pirates like how Luffy is to Roger, then already we have confirmed that at least 4 members excluding the captain will have HH/CH/COC now. If that the case, then Sanji, Zoro, Usopp, and maybe Jimbei could have it. Then again Oda stated there be more people after Jimbei so possible for new members to have the power too, but until then, these 4 look like primes candidates more on getting power ever so.

Thus the debunk the theories of "Marines can't have HH/CH/COC due to not wanting to conqueror anything with their goals to 'protect'." as Sengoku is now officially confirmed to have Haoshoku Haki/Conqueror's Haki in the Vivre Card's Database now. I gotta be honest, I am shock he has it, but same time it make sense since he is a former Fleet Admiral and friend/rival to Garp who can even rival with Pirate King Roger and Whitebeard, so can't say 'it doesn't make sense' about it. Though surprise he is confirmed first before even Garp was announce which at this point, probably has it too since if greatest rivals (Roger and Whitebeard) and close friend/rival (Sengoku) are sporting HH/CH/COC, then surely Garp has it on him as I would be shock if he doesn't at all.

So this proves now that Marines can have the power and if that's the case, who you all think in the Marines will probably have it inside of them too other than just Sengoku and Garp (While not confirmed, aiming to look like he has it in him)?

I feel there is possibility of Smoker and Coby to have it inside of their bodies. Since they are rivals with Luffy especially to face with him someday, wouldn't push pass it on them unlocking HH/CH/COC in their bodies later on. Maybe with Aokiji, Akainu, and Kizaru as the Admirals are closes to Fleet Admiral, but not certain as them much. Maybe Former Fleet Admiral Kong might have it himself as well too. Quite the choices who could have it within the Marines now. What you all think?

Pretty sure perhaps or similar to it since he is Zoro's rival in power on Strawhat ship as well proclaim like Luffy and Zoro he cause mayhem in the future to the WG to let them know he just as dangerous as those three. His interactions as of late with Supernovas with Law, Bege, Drake, and Hawkins see him as a man respect in fellow power as well knowledge of his strength. Right now Drake and Hawkins are bugging about Stealth Black, so give more vibes he like an 'Unofficial' Supernova with them.

Has anyone mentioned that Conqueror's Haki could also be used as an indicator of the user's ability to make friends/allies? I think that was said or hinted at after Luffy unconsciously used his haki to save Ace, and Mihawk was all "no wonder why he draws people to him," I believe. Plus, Doflamingo was also able to inspire loyalty in his crew members as well, and he also can use Conqueror's Haki. Same with Katakuri.

Hell, Luffy was also able to make friends with monsters like Surume and calm down Deval's bull

Sengoku has just been confirmed as a CoC user actually. Last data book release. The only known Marine so far
