Alternative Title: "How Baam acquires his Yandere haremette".
Introduction
Beyond helping him for her own ends, might Maschenny decide to more permanently side with Baam? Fully commit to supporting his cause? I don't think it's the most likely outcome of her character arc in the Nest, but I do think it's a plausible outcome. I'll make my case below.
Exhibit A
Exhibit B
She tells him that she will make the Tower a "bloody mess":
Exhibit
She rejoices that the powers of the Tower are moving against each other.
Exhibit
Maschenny's Motivations
At the conclusion of her spiel about her plans for the Tower, she reveals that compared to the Ancient Wars, she finds the current peace "trivial and dull":
Exhibit
She concludes that perhaps she's simply a nut who can't live without blood and fighting:
Exhibit
This suggests that Maschenny is primarily motivated by a desire to avoid boredom. She finds the current peace so insufferably boring, and wants to live in exciting times. Perhaps her motivations are much more sophisticated than this. Perhaps there's a reason other than "I'm bored" that made her decide to fan the flames of war, but so far, boredom is all that SIU has shown of her motivations.
Perhaps supporting evidence for my position is that Maschenny proposes her bet with Yuri because she has been "feeling a bit bored lately":
Exhibit
Maschenny's Delight at Baam
Maschenny wants Baam to reach her went out of her way to make things easier for him by removing the boss monster from his field:
Exhibit
Said boss monster subsequently engaged one of the Division Commanders pursuing Baam:
Exhibit
So Maschenny removed two obstacles from Baam's path all so that he could more easily reach her.
Actually, I think I understated things earlier; she's positively giddy at the concept of Baam reaching her. She says that having him here is "way more entertaining":
Exhibit
Maschenny's Investment in Baam
Aside from her excitement at the prospect of Baam reaching her, Maschenny is also invested in Baam's story.
She tells Jinsung that she doesn't want his story to have a boring ending. She wants it to continue until it becomes more interesting:
Exhibit
Baam is a source of entertainment for Maschenny, and she wants him to continue to entertain her.
Synergy
To recap, we're in a situation where:
Premise 1: Maschenny is Probably Going to Fight Baam
A major aspect of Maschenny's character arc so far has been her perspective on Baam. We've seen in real-time how that perspective has evolved. The climax of that arc will probably be a momentous interaction between the two.
Giving how much Maschenny loves fighting, this interaction will probably be a battle.
(I recommend reading the linked threads, they cover the mentioned arguments extensively).
Premise 2: Baam Rocks Maschenny's World
I fully expect that Maschenny leaves their battle with a much greater appreciation of Baam. I think this is the inevitable conclusion of her Baam-perspective character arc.
At the start of the Nest, Maschenny expressed her desire to see what Baam was truly capable of:
Exhibit
Maschenny gets to see a small taste of that when he teleports the cage.
She comments that while he appeared like a harmless little chick when he entered the Nest, he later revealed himself to be a monster:
Exhibit
Then goes on to say that looking at him reminds her of Zahard:
Exhibit
When next Maschenny monologues about Baam (perhaps after he defeats White), her appreciation of him — and anticipation to finally face him — would have grown even further.
When they finally face each other, Baam would continue to exceed her imaginations and surpass her wildest expectations.
Eventually, she may come to belief that in future he will be capable of overthrowing Zahard (she already compared him to Zahard for much lesser feats).
Alternatively, even if she doesn't believe him to be capable of overthrowing Zahard, she may become deeply invested in his story. He's the most entertaining thing she's found in millennia, and she may want to see his story arc to its conclusion (whatever that may be).
Perhaps she would even want front row seats to see that story play out?
Conclusions
Essentially, all Baam has to do to persuade Maschenny to join him is to impress her enough that she concludes that siding with him would be more entertaining than siding against him.
For someone like her who leaves solely for her own entertainment, Baam just has to convince her that he can show her a good time. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Some Necessary Context
Maschenny's Goals
Maschenny's goals are unknown, but as far as we are aware, she desires some form of radical change in the Tower (she says that she has the same goal as Jinsung):Exhibit A

To recap, we're in a situation where:
- Maschenny is motivated by a desire to avoid boredom.
- Maschenny finds Baam incredibly entertaining.
- Maschenny wants to see more of Baam's story so that he can continue to entertain her.
Speculations
Now that we have all the background context, it's time for me to explore how Maschenny might end up deciding to throw her lot in with Baam. My speculation here relies on two core premises:- Maschenny fights Baam at the Nest
- Baam greatly impresses Maschenny
