The biggest theory here would be how is Jack able to remain conscious for so long underwater? Having been knocked to sea the previous day...

I think his pointy teeth could also very likely be an indicator that he's a fishman, coupled with the fact that, as you mentioned, he's still conscious at the bottom of the sea and not drowning.

I mean, that makes more sense rather than "Jack is so OP that he can hold his breath for hours/days/weeks".

Why does Big Mom even need that Tea Party?

I think she might just want control over the underground world. Why the cake is of such importance to her? It's because it's special.

Perhaps, whoever tries it – goes nuts and can be easily manipulated. And as BM gets what she wants (all kinds of deals, decisions), Pudding then edits out the 'unneeded memories'.

I think she has a crazy devil-fruit ability that allows her to infuse power in certain vessels she can control, but at some point Big Mom stop recognizing her because she got old and now she looks nothing like her young photo.

2) The noise we heard in the waiting room wasn't because of Sanji's daydreaming. Instead, I beleive Pudding hit him on the back of the neck with her gun, altered his memories and realized the assassination plot. The craziest thing is, Pudding will help the Mafia-Gas-CrulyEyebrow alliance to succeed.

Oda has already stated that Fishmen with DF power become weak like normal humans underwater except they can breath and talk.
This means Jack is a fishman or a half human half fishman person

The lost Road Poneglyph is locked away in Mariejois: that's what Doflamingo saw, and that's why WG doesn't try to steal a RP from a Yonko to make it disappear.

Crazy Theory 1: The Minks want to recruit Marco to help fight against Kaido. Marco is on board with this but first he needs to make sure the rest of the old White Beard allies are going to be okay since Weeble is hunting them down. That means Weeble has to go down before Marco joins them in Wano. The other half of the Straw Hats then take a detour to get this done, and Zoro finally gets a one on one fight that's worth his time against Edward Weeble.

Crazy Theory 2: Once the other half of Straw Hats arrive in Wano they need to recruit warriors to fight against Kaido. To earn the respect of the different Daiymo Zoro and Law have to go around the country beating them in fights one by one.

I just feel that the other half of the Straw Hat team needs some fighting to prepare for Kaido, but they are already headed for Wano so I think some kind of detour needs to happen on their part. Luffy and co are going to come out of this fight against Big Mom pirates a lot stronger, regardless of whether Big Mom even goes down, so some balance is needed for the other guys.

I'm guessing that BM wants Lola to marry the king/prince of the giants or maybe even a seaking, or the shogun of wano, and who knows, maybe vegapunk or the unnamed admiral. And about brook's plan, I hope he's able to hypnotize with his music and let BM's subordinates attack BM. The only way I can see luffy and company(including sanji) leaving the island is if they defeat BM.

Wow! So luffy is gonna fight BM after all. I think the reason why Oda made it look like luffy is gonna die of starvation is to let his allies know that luffy is in serious trouble(vivre card).I mean, luffy and co. are clearly outnumbered as of now. His allies coming to his aide would make his chances in defeating BM go up. Unless, as some of you suggest, if this arc is parallel to ennie's lobby, then luffy would get a power up(like when he had gear2nd and 3rd). And I'm wondering, what if luffy's awakening is similar to sun wukong's (dota2) ultimate. Wherein luffy's surroundings would turn rubber and we'll see a bunch of luffys attacking the main villain(hero). Imagine 10 gear 4 luffys attacking same target?

Wow! At first I was right when I said BM wanted Lola to marry the prince of Elbaf. So what if my other prediction is true? since Oda likes DBZ or since he likes sun wukong or monkey king, then I'm assuming that luffy's awakening is similar to sun wukong's ultimate(dota2). Can't wait to see luffy's power up prior to wano arc.

Luffy will fight Katakuri and the match will somewhat end up a tie. Both sides will come to respect with each other and develop a rivalry a la Luffy to Smoker. Luffy will make Katakuri want to become Pirate King too, instead of being Big Mam's subordinate.

Big Mam won't be defeated but will be weakened nonetheless and the Strawhats can escape. An opportunist (Blackbeard? Kaidou?) will use this chance to strike Totland and usurp Big Mam's reign. Charlotte family will be forced to flee their home and internal dispute of heir will ensue between Katakuri and Perospero. The rest of their story will be on the chapters' cover.

With Pudding's Memo Memo no mi, there are lots of possible crazy theories, so here's one that just came to me:

What if Pudding had altered Big Mom's memories about the "voice of all things" being related to the three-eyed clan in order to gain better favour in front of her and put her bullying days behind her? Become more of a "treasure" in to her mum and subsequently to her siblings?

Mother Caramel is/was a nun in the orphanage where BM grew, she was nice and was considered a mother by all the kids, she treated them with candies and she even saved BM from an horrible death.
Years later she followed Big Mom in her adventure while hoping to cure her from the scars of her childhood, but ultimately she had to give up, so she returned to the orphanage.
Since in OP people can have very long lifespans, she could be still alive.

Mother Caramel was sealed by BM in the picture. For whatever reason, BM is powerless in front of her. As a thank you gift she will let Luffy leave the island unharmed. Pudding will leave with Sanji and lend Luffy power of the third eye.
