I think Rocks is Dragons older brother. I think Garp took Dragon in and gave him his name to to cover for him being related to Rocks. I think Rocks is also Shanks father. When the Rock Pirates fell during God Valley, as a favor to a fellow D, Garp and Roger took them in. That then makes Dragon the uncle of Shanks, and Luffy and Shanks cousins.

If you look closely, you will see that Kiku, Ashura Doujin and the dog are in a gray scale, same as Lord Oden.

And, in the last chapter (976), those three say that if kinemon would die, they would die too.

This may be why certain Devil Fruits are hunted down and jealously guarded by the World Government; their previous users were highly influential figures with knowledge that cannot be allowed out into the world under any circumstance.

Beyond gaining the ability to project their power into their surroundings, an Awakened Devil Fruit user might also be able to communicate with the spirits of previous holders of the power. It would be like the Avatar from A:tlA, communicating with his previous incarnations. Or, if it doesn't involve Awakening per se, perhaps the ability to project one's own will as telepathy with Conqueror's and hear the Voice of All Things like Luffy has done in recent chapters will also be able to establish dialog with one's Devil Fruit.

If a certain someone were to Awaken a specific Fruit and learn things they shouldn't... Devil Fruits themselves may be yet another instance of the concept of 'Inherited Will' that is so central a theme to the story of One Piece

Also, this will potentially allow Sabo and Ace to have a character moment in the future that would be impossible otherwise.

We all think that Joyboy was the king of the ancient kingdom. I think before that he was the captain of the great pirate crew to exist that turned into a kingdom. Imu is holding onto a giant hat, why? I don't think the hat has any power, but it means something to Imu. I think Imu was apart of Joyboy's crew and loved him very much. I also think the mermaid Princess was a part of the crew.

If Who's who was put in jail for losing the rubber fruit, then somebody wanted it pretty badly. There have only been a few fruits to get this type of treatment in the story....The Rubber Fruit, the Darkness Fruit, The Ope Ope fruit, and the Flame flame fruit. I think Imu was tracking down these fruit because he sentimental value to him. I think all of the original users were on Joyboy's crew. Imu made turned traiter but somewhere feels guilty about turning on his friends, so she is tracking down the fruits to freeze just like the hat.

IIRC not all of samurai on wano that are buried with their swords, it's only happen to the samurai from the Ringo region of wano, the snowy place where Zoro fight Gyukimaru..
