I would thinks that's a bit hard to judge concerning Law's power is haxed to begin with, while Vergo had none. Maybe I want to keep seeing him as the second strongest under Doffy, but maybe all seats are nearly equal too. All other points remain true though.

I do have a question. If the marines thought that Demalo Black's recruits joining the Straw Hats would've been catastrophic, how are they gonna react when they find out Jinbe is in the Straw Hats?

Well, obviously Vergo seems the most proficient as of now in terms of Haki usage. He managed to put Hardening CoA to a real Superhuman level.:)

At the same time Luffy looks one of the best if we talk about overall Haki usage as well as CoA in particular. If we compare The same Luffy and Zoro, Luffy is the one who needs it more, since he fights with his bare hands, thus he is more vulnerable, thus he obviously needs it to be mastered more. Actually until it was said by Oda I thought that Luffy had affinity in CoA. He uses CoA all the way and CoA Hardening effect quite often as well.

I would even say that even Luffy is better in CoA than Zoro and in CoO than Sanji even though that they have affinity in these fields of Haki usage.

I havent seen shanks use hardening, or reighleigh for that matter either, nor any of the admirals.
I think Hardening is just a haki technique, there should be loads of diff haki technique's or uses, that we havent seen yet ;)

Well it does seem to be a sort of a technique. The same way as Luffy's Red Hawk relates to another type of CoA which coats attack with fire. And that's why I see Luffy as a superior CoA user compared to Zoro. Even though Zoro has an affinity to CoA type of Haki, but it doesn't mean that only due to this he would be better than Luffy in its usage. :)

Zoro need CoA to fight logica users, other than that his normal skill is fine. Luffy's CoA isn't that impressive at all, I mean Hody should have lost all his teeth when he took a bite into a harden body, but he didn't and Luffy took most or all of the damage instead, I'm not sure how this leads to Luffy being better at CoA than Zoro. In the case of Vergo, then it is no doubt that Hody would have taken all the damages by himself, too bad Law's df power is in another different level.

I disagree about Luffy is better in CoO than Sanji too. You know, Sanji really needs it bad in order to escape the attacks from those "gently men", it's more like his most basic survival skill I think, aside from running away from them.

Wasn't Luffy in water when he punched Hody with Color of Armament hardening haki?

I'm interested in seeing if Zoro can imbue his swords with Color of Armament... should help him fight against logia greatly.

Well he should be able to, looking at how Rayleigh did the same against Kizaru.

I meant he used it in defense, consider what would happen if Hody takes a bite on Vergo's harden body, most if not all of his teeth would take some damage.

I think so... chances are he hasn't needed to use it yet, which is why we haven't seen it. Zoro is already an accomplished swordsman in his own right... he'll probably use CoA only to fight against logias. He did scare the shit out of Money with his intent. Makes me wonder if his CoA imbued sword could get past Luffy's CoA and wound him.

Oh, I don't remember that part. Or the result of Vergo using haki....

There is no reason for zoro to only use his COA against logias. COA can enhance his offense and defense in basically any scenario whatsoever, given the circumstances of the new world we should assume zoro is using his COA unless we are explicitely told otherwise. As for zoro wounding luffy, I don't see a reason for him to not be able to. Its conceivable that someone can have strong enough haki to take on a blade or other attacks but as a whole I would argue that implies a significant difference in strength. Even WB was hurt by random people during the war, I don't think luffy would be so strong that he can take even zoro's attacks.

I know, but I'm saying that Zoro is probably too strong a swordsman with excellent swords that he normally wouldn't bother to use CoA on his swords.

I'm just guessing since both have CoA.

One might also consider that Hordy's bite was to show that Luffy hasn't lost his vulnerability to sharp/spiky, allowing Zoro to take over when Luffy is facing swordsman in captain positions. Sanji getting broken bones because of Vergo makes it seem like Zoro would be more near to Luffy in strength than to Sanji. But that's only how I would like to see them, with Black Leg being the strategist with the two others being pure brawlers.

Well, I always thought people over think too much how close the members of Monster Trio are to each other. And it's quite obvious that after timeskip the difference between each other got even bigger. At least it's how I view them.

I think Sanji and Zoro are pretty even in terms of strength, though I believe Zoro is the stronger one. We have to remember that Nami got Sanji's body beaten up pretty bad before his short fight with Vergo And that Vergo is the best user of Busoshoku Haki yet.

Vergo wasnt able to even land a single clean hit on sanji, while sanji hit vergo quite a few times.
Sanji leg got injured when he blocked vergo's kick, but we shouldnt forget his body was weakened because of nami - swaaan~~
While law couldnt keep up with vergo physically, he only won due his DF.

Well, Sanji's body wasn't really hurt that much. For Sanji it was quite ok. She got a single more or less serious hit and at best several average punches. It was just to show that for Nami it was quite a pain to endure that, while for Sanji it was quite ok.
And obviously the fact that his leg cracked after one clean hit from Vergo without even Hardening Effect shows that Sanji is overestimated, because even Law wasn't hurt that badly after a clean hit. The difference is that Sanji is considerably faster than Law, but it seems that Law's afaik is better than Sanji's and that their body hardness is at least comparable if not Law's body hardness is a bit superior compared to Sanji's.

We have nothing to go on to say Sanji was "quite okay" after that explosion. Sanji himself noted the damage when he finally returned to his body, so it's not out of line to assume that Sanji wasn't 100% for that fight or his body wasn't more injured than he thought. We've seen many of the Strawhats continue doing crap after taking significant amounts of damage, so just because he was walking around afterwards, doesn't mean he didn't take much damage.

Yes, Sanji is obviously overrated. Lol, I wish that were the case, at least then he'd get some sort of respect from some fans(this isn't aimed at you, I'm just venting from another forum.) Sanji was matching Vergo's hits before his leg was fractured and continued to match his hits afterwards.

And wait, Law wasn't hurt badly after a clean hit? How do we know? He continued fighting just like Sanji did. We just didn't get an X Ray of his damage like we did with Sanji. As far as we know, their physical endurance is comparable as both kept fighting after taking large amounts of damage.
