During Tartaros the gap between her and Erza are much bigger. Erza can med diff her at that point.
Current Mirajane can provide a high diff fight against current Erza.

Mira hasnt done anything impressive this arc other than using her ace against two fodder swords

Mira is actually in my top 10 so this is not me hating on her

Im just saying as she is now erza would beat her

Although i believe that if she were to improve her stamina a bit she would be able to put up a good,equal fight against erza

Mira shouldnt be far behind Erza, if at all.

Unlike Erza, Mira got pretty good training hype earlier in the arc, and more recently lots of power hype, sea drying MP levels and taking over all of Tartaros, the only new things Erza got this arc was that Wing Armor and a horse, not much improvement over her Tartaros self sadly.
As a general rule i consider getting new shit a clear indicator of improvement, and Mira has got a ton of new shit, i definitely think she has reclaimed her spot as Erza's rival, since Erza appears to have only made basic physical improvement, and has no training hype.

As for who wins, i say tie, those two are better as equals.

You can improve with just physical/MP improvement alone.

Though, Erza has acquired God Armour (wind) and a God Sword (Neptune). And that sword that cuts without you noticing that she used in Avatar. The fact that she can stand against Ajeel makes her automically stronger than she was in X791. Having new toys means they've improved, but it shouldn't be an indicator of 'how much' - performance will indicate that.

Yes i know, just saying that her new "improvement" is visually far less impressive, and got a lot less hype.
Forgot Wind Armor and Neptune Blade were actually new tbh.

Yeah, she stood against Azir so she is stronger, never said she didnt make any improvement, just that the improvement she made was less noticeable than those who got training hype and flashy new skills, like Natsu, or Laxus.

Yeah, performance is the only way to truly tell the level of improvement a character has, but Mira's hype is enough for me to call her Erza tier for the moment, at least until she finishes her fight with Jacob and then we can really tell how she compares, she's similar to Jellal in that regard

Her performance against Juliet and Hyne doesnt make me think less of Mira, they were Eileen's creations, so i rank em pretty decent. She is also holding up against Jacob, for now at least.
