Has anybody besides me thought to themselves how much a WASTE of a fruit Ms. Valentine was?
If she was the one with the Weight Weight Fruit who had complete control of changing her Weight.

I think something neat would be the Sting Sting Fruit. Paramecia.
So it could sting anybody it touches and genuinely bruise them. You get Stinging Punches and Kicks etc. and if you try to hit the user physically, the user can make the opponent get stung on contact.
Haki can hit you, however you can fire stinging beams over Mid and Long range.

Exists in the anime. The Heat Heat Fruit exists and it was pretty awesome.
Just that the user like what happens in this series didn't use his fruit as well as others like Luffy, Chopper and Blackbeard use their fruit.

True, but by heat i wasnt thinking of body heat but controlling all heat in general or an Energy fruit user could be able to nutrilize energy based DFs or attacks...

And someone with the Heat (either Logia or Para) fruit could make it so a weather based logia or Para cant use theyre powers. Something like that. Its op though :P

I reckon when Oda had Crocodile say depending on how if train your DF makes your DF ability stronger.

It's too bad she wasn't a part of CP9. She would be devastating. I feel like an awesome fruit was wasted and I think I'll never get over it...

Before BB got a boring quake power up, I was thinking of the ways in which he could use his darkness logia. Theoretically, he could increase or decrease his mass and do the same thing Miss Valentine did. Or maybe even shoot dark projectiles. Even though it's a hax fruit, being able to just use black holes and dark vortexes seem a little limitating. There has to be more than that.

Lately I was thinking about Aokiji. Monet's snow fruit seems shitty compared to his ice fruit. Snow is made out of tiny ice crystals. With enough control, he should be able to do cope everything Monet could do.

I think each of them, aside from Blackbeard should be able to do it. Hell, Monet did it and she's not excatly at a pinnacle of logia user's ability. Question is, how useful would it be against tough opponents, people who can use Haki. Essentialy you only make yourself a bigger target.

True, but by heat i wasnt thinking of body heat but controlling all heat in general or an Energy fruit user could be able to nutrilize energy based DFs or attacks...

And someone with the Heat (either Logia or Para) fruit could make it so a weather based logia or Para cant use theyre powers. Something like that. Its op though :P

We got one in the anime, or rather we got some Humanoid Cheetah during the Foxy Games arc.

And after the Cipher Pol 9 guys came with their special six moves with one of them being "Soru" which allowed insane speed, and Haki which allows for godly reactions I don't see a Fruit for speed appearing. It would be too redundant to things other than Haki.
Fruits shouldn't be redundant to things other than other Fruits or Haki.

More like air logia. Assuming the person could cause temperature change and use that to affect climate. Controling air pressure would give person ability to cause winds and even make clouds and lightnings. Steam would just be another kind of smoke.

Air would be too vague imo. Air pressure can't really cause rain like Steam Pressure would.
Air Logia would be Air Pressure in other words a Wind Logia? I think... Not too sure but from first thought an Air Logia and Wind Logia would be the exact same.

Steam being Water Vapour and completely different in terms of Chemistry to Smoke as Smoke is dusty particles of gas.
Water Vapour makes Clouds and leads to Rain and Storms.

It would basically be a direct Devil Fruit version of Nami's early weather staff abilities and if trained well maybe even liker he current ones.

Damn, it took me a while to find this thread. Now, I was doing some thinking about the manga and I could not help but wonder where in the hell would devil fruits come from. Now, we know for a fact they are "fruits" and fruits generally come from trees(duh, but bear with me). Now, if devil fruits being fruits come from trees then it is unlikely a devil fruit would come from a regular tree, it would have to be a special kind of tree with special properties since it is producing a fruit with a curse in it. Now, this is where it gets interesting, the manga has indeed shown a special tree with special properties. In fact, it has named 2 such trees; the adam and eve trees. What if those two are the origin of devil fruits? The devil fruit, the cursed fruit, the forbidden fruit comes from the adam and eve trees. Beautiful, see where I am going? Oda went biblical on us here lol. Its so obvious its not even funny (if someone thought of this before, well, bite me lol). Now, the other interesting part is that for the world government to not have absolute control over DF if my little theory is true is that a special mechanism would have to exist so as to spread the fruits around the world in such a way that the world government can no do anything about it. Maybe they get released into deep, sea king infested sea currents, maybe they are released as seeds to the wind and turn into fruits hundreds of miles away.... There could be other possibilities but it is up to oda.

I feel stupid for not thinking of that earlier lmfao. That is actually brilliant.

May be it is not for now... but it could be... His DF (spirits energy) clearly gives his bone structure strength to perform all tasks for which muscles are needed with a light body and agility.. We never know if it will be limited to his bones only... Also with his ghost form may be not a living person (as it already has a spirit) but he can always get into a dead body or an unconscious body to use its power... I wonder what will happen to him if Water will be poured on his ghost... Instant death ?? Because existence of his ghost itself is because of DF power...

Even Bon clay's DF is amazing.. he can use anyone s body ... If he touches a giant face and then turns into giant... A giant doing okama kempo...
