You didn't say anything about uniqueness, your point was that the Gomu Gomu nomi is hax due to those techniques. But since they were invented by Luffy that doesn't make the fruit itself hax, only Luffy's ingenuity and cleverness.

And Let's be honest, there are some devil fruits that are more powerful then others, but with the right person, any devil fruit is incredibly strong.

I'm not sure if Luffy can make other fruits incredible or whether someone else would make the gomu gomu useless. Luffy likely is the best suit for gomu gomu no mi because of the kind of person he is, doing risky stuff and all. Give him something like mera mera no mi and he wouldn't be as good as he is now. Likewise, someone like Shanks could go far with gomu gomu no mi, or even Ace. They're already strong enough without devil fruit, and Ace's devil fruit makes him more powerful, I'm guessing the rubber would make them nearly invincible.

I dunno about invincible man. Haki lets anyone be cut. I don't think the Rubber would make much of a difference at Shanks level.

If Garp had the gomu gomu, then he would have been a lot scarier, imagine him stretching his rubber arm to throw giant canon balls at his enemies . Maybe Garp would use the rubber stretching ability to expand all his fingers and his palm such that he could hold multiple giant canon balls for each throw.

To sum it up: powerful black haki fist + gomu gomu = total destruction!

It depends, if Buggy had the phoenix df then he would still fail to become a yonkou. If Usopp had the fruit, he would probably use it to fly far far away instead of using it to reach the top strongest pirates ever.

Marco's devil fruit would be one. I also think yami yami and guro guro no mi would add tremendous power to any user, as well as the ice and nora nora no mi.

Foxy's slow beam is also another best df falling victim to an idiot, if either Shanks or Garp had this df, they would have had free preemptive strikes during the 30 seconds time delay, Garp could punch a dozen a two time with his haki fist and Shanks could find his sword useful during the time lag too.

Ain's power was to set anything back the way it was 10 years ago everytime she uses that power. You actually have to watch the move, Ain explains that there after she turned Nami, Brook, Robin and Chopper younger while threatening them to touch them again, so they may disappear from this world.

Bonney's power is to alter a living person's age even her own one.

• Zephyr's arm was cut off by the unknown shichibukai that he had previously captured.
• They look nothing alike, even if they both can manipulate age they cannot change appearance.
• Ain was/is loyal to absolute justice like her sensei Zephyr, she would never ever become a pirate like Bonney.
