Lol, they better have a really good explanation as to why that lvl 2 from the Miranda Lotto arc is even there. Noot the first time i've seen them pervert the lore but could they be any more blatant?
It looks decent though, I really like the intricacy of some of the backgrounds especially at the North American branch as well as the new headquarters. I just hope everything else stands up. I'm not super syched yet, but am really glad i'm alive to see this.

Oh, it looks good, but I'm worried about what they might leave out. So some of the newly announced cast members are Takuya Sato for Kanda, Natsuki Hanae for Lavi, and Ai Kakuma for Lenalee. I'll have to go and look them up to see if they're any good. And I'll have to find out what the names only shown in kanji are.
Continuing on, and looking at the roles I've seen these people in:
Takuya Sato was Caesar in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, and Tatsuya Yuuki from Gundam Build FIghters. He's a good voice actor, based on those, but...hmm, I can't say that I can imagine him in the Kanda role. I had a brief moment watching the video where part of the screen was covered by the Youtube bar and all I could see was the "Ta.......Sa...." and I thought for a moment that Takahiro Sakurai was back. Alas!
Natsuki Hanae was Mythos in Active Raid, Biscuit in Iron Blooded Orphans, Inaho in Aldnoah Zero, and Taichi in Digimon Tri. So...he should be good at any cool and calculating moments Lavi might have, and he probably has good range, and judging by Taichi should be able to manage peppy too.
Ai Kakuma...finally, a choice I'm actively pleased by! She was Sento in Amagi Brilliant Park, Ruuko from Selector Infected Wixoss, Chamo from Rokka no Yuusha, and Almiria from Iron Blooded Orphans. So she has good range, and she can certainly do cute, normal, scary, and combinations thereof, and hopefully will be able to tailor her acting to Lenalee. Kanda and Lavi's voice choices may turn out well, but I can't tell in advance if they'll suit the roles.
(But if they're possibly missing out the zombie arc, Lenalee and Lavi really aren't going to get many scenes unless filler is added...)

The impression i got was that TMS avoided big names or VAs that regularly do WSJ animes (I saw only 2 that played some secondary character in Haikyu!!).
I'm not a big fan of many animes, so i don't know any of them. And i can't remember the unimportant characters of Hailyu!!

Yutaka Aoyama: The Earl's new voice actor has been in a lot of anime, but no roles that I personally remember well, so I just hope that he can do a good voice for the role. It's essential that he be good. But I can't imagine they wouldn't take great care in casting the Earl.
Masakazu Nishida: Tyki's actor is a newbie with few roles. Of those, I only remember him from brief roles in Concrete Revolutio and Gundam Build FIghters Try. I don't remember him as sounding very Tyki, so will have to wait and see how he plays the role. It is TRAGIC that his old voice actor is not coming back.
Yui Kondou: Road's new VA is also a newbie...I only know her from a brief appearance as Tsutsumi Minami in Sakurako-san no Ashimoto ni wa Shitai ga Umatteiru. I think she might be able to pull off the role, but again, I'm disappointed that her old, experienced VA will not be coming back.
Souichiro Hoshi: I'm very pleased with Wisely's VA, who has loads and loads of experience. He's played Keiichi in Higurashi, Kain Blueriver in Lost Universe, Goku from Saiyuki, Kazuma from Scryed, Karoku from Karneval, Makoto from Ghost Hound, etcetera etcetera. Lots of great roles.

I didn't know much of those new VA so can't say anything but hoping they can be as great as the original cast.
Also, noted the PV used the old OST from the 1st series so we probably might heard old OST again which is good as I love the old OST.
Though I didn't expect it air in coming summer instead of fall. Well, we get to watch earlier than expected!!!xD

If we're going to have new actors, I'm glad it's a clean break and not partly old, partly new. That would've messed with my head. I also appreciate that they picked relative unknowns. I absolutely hate being able to recognize the same VAs voice that I've associated too strongly with another character. I'm kind of surprised they kept the same soundtrack music though (Kanda's theme). I wasn't expecting that at all. I guess they're going for nostalgia in that area alone, then. Gonna go with the flow and not judge until I hear the new VAs for a few episodes. I don't know which set I'll end up preferring in the end, but either way I'll get used to it. I refuse to judge before I've even heard them speak.
