It’s already been confirmed that Edens Zero isn’t connected to Fairy Tail and Edens Zero was mentioned to take place in a new world with new characters.

I think it’s obvious next chapter there will be backstory about how Rebecca and Happy meet which I think she meet Happy when she crashlanded on the planet of the cat aliens. Also I’m hoping that the Erza look alike is a villain which maybe she’ll be mix of Erza Knightwalker and Irene.
