Except for the way she looks she seems completely different from Wendy to me.
And it looks like Shiki is making her float in the air when hes holding her hand so i think thats why she fell and not because shes clumsy.
I can read some Japanese and shes being mean to Rebecca so Shiki is probably teaching her a leason.
Shes saying that Shiki must pay her money if he wants to shake her hand so yea shes probably supposed to be a mean jerk.

Nah Wendy was a small petite girl who had a smooth face much like Lucy or Erza while this girl is bigger and has more of a rectangular face. The only thing that is similar is her brown eyes and blue hair but the body and face are different.
