Not good not good at all,Last time the volume 1 got the 13th position in the first sales ranking, but this time it fell to 16th position.I was pleasantly surprised that FT sold well,maybe I may pick it up again. @Tux you were right,the basic plot line of Ez being not that interesting and borderline boring(though it might have changed after I had to stop reading due to some personal real life issues) and the character designs being so similar to FT characters,like i saw the character in the last chapter i read had an Acnologia like design,Jinn probably,might have effected it's sales in Japan.

Considering Mashima this should have had more sales.

Jinn is not even in Volume 2 his appearance was like in chapter 16 and the last chapter of this volume is 14..Jinn is actually cool and his little fight with shiki was the best fight in the manga so far

Well my point wasn't specifically on Jinn itself,too many characters were exactly like FT characters,this might have effected the sales.

BC was selling well for many days, it's overall sales are 207,870.The current BC volume was released before EZ volume 2, it's sales got stabilised after some time like it happens with all manga.

I'm enjoying Fairy Tail 100YQ well enough so far. Not surprised that it's selling better than EZ but it's a little embarrassing for Hiro lol

Your words are prophetic now,I never believed you at first that EZ will be falling,now I regret not trusting you.You are right.

Btw BC volume 18 in overall sales is far above EZ vol 1+2 combined.

Edens zero started after Orient (the manga from magi author) and it's selling way more than it

The sales report is from 12th-18th yes? EZ Vol 2 came out on the 16th. So the report shows only 2 days of sales. 40k in two days for a second volume of a new series is hardly what I would call "failing"

Well last time Also it got the top 13 position in 2 days sales

And it sold 30,178 copies. Vol2 sold 41,506 copies. That isn't a drop, that is an increase. The "ranking" doesn't matter as much because there are many other factors that go into that, like how many new volumes of other anticipated series came out that week, etc.
