Okay, the fillers will end soon. Probably, Kakashi Gaiden is at the end of this season (the next season starts with episode 204) or at the beginning of the following season. Here's why:

In other words, the end of the fillers. And, of course, episode 204 is exactly when Naruto Movie 3 will be pulled from the cinema's. So, all in all, we can conclude this:
Episode 204 will NOT be filler!!
Unfortunately, episode 204 was filler. However, it has been confirmed that the fillers will end in Spring 2007 by no other than Kishimoto Masashi himself in chapter 332 (WSJ #52). Part 2 anime will now be called Naruto: Shippuden (Naruto: Hurricane Chronicles in one fan translation). The official site can be found here. ~ Ayah
