Okay, let's get into it:
1. Erza vs Wendy: I think Erza takes this one out medium difficulty at the worst, possibly easy difficulty depending on how things go. Wendy could provide a surprise or two, but at the end of the day Erza will definitely take this one out.
2. Erza vs Lucy: Again, I see Erza winning this one medium difficulty. Lucy has a few tricks up her sleeve but at the end of the day, Erza is the stronger mage and should be able to fend Lucy off fairly well.
3. Erza vs Makarov: Erza wins this one mid difficulty for me. I don't think Makarov really has the ability to keep up anymore post-timeskip wise, even more so if you consider FT 505.
4. Erza vs Mirajane: I see Erza winning this one mid-high difficulty. Mira simply hasn't shown enough to say she's on Erza's level imo, and with Erza also having second origin etc., she should be able to get this done in the end.
5. Erza vs Jellal: This would be a mid-high difficulty fight that would see Jellal win imo. He's simply got the better attack power, magic power, speed and AoE that will really throw Erza in a bind (snake). Sure, he's got some somewhat poor durability but I still think he'd be able to take it out in the end.
6. Erza vs Gray (no darkness): Another high difficulty fight that I actually see Erza winning. I don't think Gray has enough in his arsenal to beat Erza without that PoF/darkness edge thing he has going on currently, so Erza wins this.
7. Erza vs Natsu (no END): Natsu takes this out mid-high difficulty imo, probably more towards the high diff. With FDKM and DF in his arsenal, there's no questioning he'd beat Erza pretty comprehensively with either of those imo, but Erza could put up some token resistence.
8. Erza vs Laxus: Laxus takes this out mid-high difficulty imo, more towards the high diff. Laxus has some of the best durability going around as well as being a monster attack power-wise. He's also got the better magic power imo and his speed is nothing to be trifled with so I see Laxus going over in this one.
9. Erza vs Gildarts: Gildarts takes this one out high difficulty. He's not as good as some may hype him up to be imo, and I think Erza could give him a pretty decent challenge, but at the end of the day Gildarts would win imo.
