Well it is a fact that Gajeel escaped from over skelter. That alone should have answered if he could have done the same with the weaker second seal of skulls. To go out and say that he was as good as dead from one panel of struggle, no surprised look and calling them a damn pile of bones does not inspire one to believe he'd have died, and is a guess. With over skelter, Gajeel was tangled up by skulls with bodies. There were panels of it with him even screaming. That was a far worse situation. If It was the third seal that Gajeel was saved from it would be much more debatable if he would have died or not without Levy. Some would ask how do you get out of that if it wrapped around you and was choking you. But it was the second seal. In both seals he was in a predicament. The next panel either shows Gajeel dealing with it on his own or Levy saving him. The look of inescapable death was after the fight as he was being pulled in to die together. If you look at all three situations, you'll see which one's were the harder ones to deal with and how Gajeel responded to each of them. He wasn't screaming or freaked out with the look of helplessness in the second seal as he was with the last two. Having the small feat of getting out of overskelter should have answered if he could have done the same with with the weaker second one. Anyway, I'm sick of talking about these fools, Bradman and Gajeel. I think I dislike them even more.

About Bleach manga. Sorry lol I don't plan on discussing that even on a thread that it belongs in or in private convo. I'll just say it's not the manga for me.
Nah i am kidding with you haha, i love Bleach but that is just me. You are right though there are facts in the manga, but i think the ones you were talking about at times were a bit debatable. No biggie though it happens.

If you have the time please do reply one last time, I am curious to your side of the debate on this topic. I won't reply back to not drag it on.
Sure, I'll give you my side on this topic.

This isn't one that I would heatedly argue over anyways because it isn't really proven one way or another. With that said, if you do happen to reply back, I will still happily read it.

Fair enough, I disagree with your interpretation of what is said though. Near and far, old and new is talking about mages, not magic. If he was talking about magic then near and far wouldn't really make sense and old and new would imply that he knows all magic, which is unlikely.

I don't agree with the notion that he knows dragon slaying magic as well, I am simply pointing out the discrepancies in your point about him knowing all magic, old and new.
Yeah, you're right. My apologies. They were indeed talking about mages and not magic.

However, I still don't see how Warrod's statement conveys that fact that August is the strongest. The term "King of Magic" just means he knows many forms of magic, it doesn't necessarily have anything to do with power.

So I would agree with the interpretation that August is by far the most knowledgeable wizard (near and far, old and new). By that, I mean in terms of magic.

He intended to kill her, his attack on her proved that. He also acknowledged her power, he did not consider her trash. In fact he was so impressed by her that he not only ackoweldged her, but wanted to know just who she was. Normal customs are that you only state or you demand the name of someone you deem equal, although you don't necessarily have to be equal, its highest form of respect in battle. That's immeasurably telling from a cocky pri*ck like Acnologia. I can assure you he did not ask for the names of the dragons he slayed. He can't blitz her like he did Serena, hence he opted for more devastating attacks.
I wouldn't go as far as to say he intended to kill her. He was merely playing around. If he was really serious, he would have either used his Dragon Form or speedblitzed her like he did with God Serena. Instead, he just crushed the ground beneath her, hoping she would fall into it...

Honestly, this looks more like a test than a real battle.

Anyways, the only reason why he asked who she was and acknowledged her power was because of the magic she learned from Zeref.

It's clear to me that if the GMG dragons were to face Acnologia in his human form, they would probably do just as well as Eileen. In fact, they may even push him to use his Dragon Form.

Its GMG base Wendy we are talking about here. Her weight class is extremely low and she doesn't even hit hard for her weight class because she's a support type. The fact that she could even stun a dragon is also VERY telling of just how overrated their durability is, at least when it comes to the weaker dragons. Tartarus base Wendy couldn't overpower base Ezel. A Spriggan with dragon slaying magic is going to town on weak dragons, let alone August.
I see your point. But to me, there is a fine line between stunning/damaging somebody and defeating/killing them.

Take Gildarts as an example. He is leagues above Natsu and would beat him with no difficulty. Nonetheless, Natsu can still stun him for a moment.

Ikaruga is the same way. One of the first antagonists to appear in the series. Yet, she was able to injure Alvarez Erza.

Granted, I know Erza was already exhausted. But after that many years of training, she should have no trouble tanking Ikaruga's attacks. As it turned out, although Erza received a minor cut from Ikaruga, she still defeated her with ease.

Anyways, to be fair, durability is only one aspect of one's power. I guarantee that if Zirconis was serious and not toying around with fodders, that scratch on him would be non-existent. In my opinion, if a dragon were to go all out on August or Eileen, I would think that their chances of defeating one would be pretty small.

It could be just a subset of his main magic, kind of like how the seal is part of Sting's White Dragon Slaying magic or how enchanting and healing is part of Sky Dragon Slaying magic. The main point is that Zilconis hasn't really ever been shown to be using jade as his element. The whole reason he was called a Jade Dragon was because he asked what Hisui's name was (Hisui is jade in Japanese), and she brought up the fact that Zirconis' skin color was the same as jades.
Well when they first met him in the Dragon graveyard he announced he was the Jade Dragon.
She definitely would not, nor do you really have any way to prove that she would. And frankly, if a battle worn base Wendys enchantment was strong enough to double Sherrias durability (which is what it would have needed to do if DiMarias attack would have KOd/killed Sherria) then TO Sherrias durability really isn't that great to begin with. There is no win situation for your argument here. DiMarias offence is simply lacking.
Yeah, she would have that's why Wendy enchanted Sherria's defense. There would be no point in Wendy enchanting Sherria's defense If she could tank the attack. She was staggering and barely standing up after the attack. Wendy's enchantments don't take a lot of MP so from base to DF it would be the same. Sherria's Durability is great she took multiple head on strikes and deflected DiMaria's laser with her barehand. DiMaria was one of the S12 to actually have offensive capabilities and her stats were among the best shown.

Igneels roar did little to no damage to Acnologia and yet he was able to rip his arm off with a bite. Physical stats are definitely a dragons focal point. With that said, something like a roar enables them to hit a target from a distance rather then having to risk CQC combat (which can be just as detrimental to them). Of course naturally some dragons might sway more towards magic then others, much like humans have combat preferences dragons probably do as well.
Igneel flew out to the stratosphere so they wouldn't harm anyone when they get serious which means they were about to do some massive aoe spells bcs simple bites or punches wouldn't do that. Even Acno's finisher on Igneel was a huge nuke that demolished Igneel. I'm pretty sure Igneel didn't get his King of Fire Dragon status for his stats.

Because Natsu can counter Transport, Age Seal or Mass Manipulation with Igneel's flames..
Ha
HA
HA
That gave me a chuckle
I'll just address this post because the other person who quoted me made a much longer post, though their post was a lot more constructive and rational.

I never said Natsu can counter Transport. But Jacob's hits were endured by Lucy. Do you think those very same hits will damag Igneel-empowered Natsu, someone who fought on par with Zeref? And Transport will probably be uneffective since Natsu will be on-guard, Transport's range wasn't too big and this version of Natsu is much faster than Jacob. Anyways, let's imagine the scenario where Jacob does use Transport. What happens on his dimension? All the FT characters were just fine after being released, even the fodder, so how can you imagine a scenario where Jacob beats Igneel-empowered Natsu?

Again, I never said Natsu could counter Age Seal. But now think, what will Dimaria do when time is stopped? Can she realistically damage FDKM Natsu? That's as ridiculous as saying she can damage Zeref, because the strongest character she actually damaged was DF Wendy, and this version of Natsu is leagues above Wendy. Dimaria couldn't even damage TO Chelia, so unless you think TO Chelia is stronger than Zeref, then Igneel-empowered Natsu won't be damaged by Dimaria either. This should make this point clear enough.

As for Brandish, what exactly do you expect her to do with Mass Manipulation? I don't know if you want her to create a giant sword or to shrink Natsu's organs, but I'll address both points. Brandish trying to damage Natsu could actually do some damage, because she damaged August with it, but it should be noted that August was caught off-guard, he wasn't even in his black-skinned form and Natsu is a much more physical fighter (plus the point that Igneel empowered Natsu is portrayed as stronger than August), thus I assume he'd tank it better than August did. As for the shrinking organs point, Brandish only shrunk body parts when the characters were easy going and yes, she did manipulate Natsu's body parts several times, but it can be argued that Igneel-empowered Natsu has much larger Magic Power reserves than base Natsu, so this one falls under NLF.

Igneel-empowered Natsu is arguably one of the strongest characters on the series, on par with Zeref and portrayed above August, plus the part that his magic is useful against most haxed abilities, since it nullifies spells as strong as Zeref's Curse and he can bypass immortality with it. No, I'm not fanboying this version of Natsu, he did almost win against Zeref.

Sorry for taking so long to reply, but I rarely log in. Tagging @Takuan because he also replied to my post.

Dragons having magic to hurt other dragons does not mean that ALL dragons have magic to hurt other dragons. Not every magic is offensive. And yes MG's roar was impressive but as we've seen from Acno vs Igneel it's the physical attacks that actually deal the most damage.
Seeing as Igneel needed to fly to the stratosphere to let out his serious attacks I highly doubt the stats were more effective than there top spells. Could there be Dragons that are about stats? Yeah but it's not a top tier Dragon considering the five parent Dragons are the tops of the tops and they all relied on their magic rather than their stats.

Yeah, she would have that's why Wendy enchanted Sherria's defense. There would be no point in Wendy enchanting Sherria's defense If she could tank the attack.
Sure there is. Sherria could have gotten hurt, even preventing that is big help.

She was staggering and barely standing up after the attack.
No she wasn't. She was blown back and comfortably landed on her two feet, then initiated her God Slaying attack. She has virtually no wear/blood stains on her breasts or face that she did not have before.

Sherria's Durability is great she took multiple head.
And she got injured from them.

on strikes and deflected DiMaria's laser with her barehand.
That was a combination of strength and durability, not just durability. If she just stood in the way it would have likely went right through her (hence she opted to swat it away). Its an alright feat, but DiMarias laser doesn't have much power behind it, its all speed. The characters it pierced are fragile (DF Wendy is still fragile, DF mainly augments her speed and the strength of her spells).

DiMaria was one of the S12 to actually have offensive capabilities and her stats were among the best shown.
The only Spriggan 12 members that her offensive capabilities beat out are Jacobs and Neinharts. As far as stats go, I'd say she was more or less equal to Jacob and Ajeel. Serena is a little worse (he lacks feats in speed and strength), Neinhart is a lot worse and Wahl and Bradman are better. So yeah, average.

And yet thats just what they did. Simple bites and punches and claws and tails whips. Almost the entirety of the fight that we saw was a physical battle. Acnos finisher was on an Igneel that would have died in another 10 seconds anyways, the dude had a bigger hole in him then Serena. Acnos finisher was an act of disrespect (disintegrate his remains so there is nothing to bury) and even that failed to some extent. Their respective physical attacks were shown to do far more damage then their magic ones, I'm not even sure if that's debatable.

Why not? All that is required is that he be a fire dragon and be stronger then all the other fire dragons.

My balanced logical ranking

1. August - Not only has he been stated to be the strongest s12 individual by Makarov, he's also been stated so by Dimaria, his level of MP has been praised by the likes of Natsu, Lucy, Mest or Mavis

2. Irene - Obvious reasons: he's the female counterpart of August. Not only does she have vast amounts of MP capable of making Mira or Mavis completely unsettled but also, her enchanting is very dangerous, granted that she can turn anyone pretty much into anything.

3. Larcade -
As you know, not only has he been hyped to be a 'secret weapon' to destroy Acno, or to have an abnormal magic nature by Mavis, but the fact he can pretty much instakill upon looking at the target is pretty hax. Ofc I don't know how his magic works but since he seems to permanently have his hands glued together, I don't really know the mechanism of activation of his hax so for now I'll assume it's just upon looking the target

4. Dimaria - You all know what I think of Dimaria, granted that her Age Seal is virtually instantenous and there's no counter at the moment, if it weren't because the three above her have been hyped to above the clouds I'd still have her the first one.

5. Brandish - I always hesitate whether to put her 5th, 7th or 12th; probably because she's pretty much featless. Still her island level feat + haxy magic which can pretty much kill you instantly if she decides to modify the size of a vital organ makes her top-notch.

6. God Serena - For those who generally read my posts you'll know that I'm a GS fan, but being logical here, he cannot plausibly be above Dimaria, but I don't think he should be below. He's been capable of fodderize 4 arguably powerful wizards with such ease, unscratched, and not even going all out; he also seems to have a wide variety of magic: 8 DS magic specialties (mastered at a high level) + his base mode magic which was already capable of subjugating the GoI.

7. Bradman - His MBP are pretty hax especially for close quarters combat since he's pretty much going to kill anyone who gets close enough. Also if you ask me, the ability to posess and use all the Tartaros curses grants him a wide variety of attacks of different range and effect, + hax.

8. Jacob - Stealth is indeed deadly, but his spatial magic... Although we don't know the exact physics of it, if anyone who enters his dimension is powerless, then he must be pretty damn strong!

9. Neinheart -
Due to the fact he can summon up to 3 spriggan-level mages, which is pretty impressive. He can probably even summon someone of the caliber of August too. However logic tells me not to put him 1st because 1: August/Irene haven't died yet so they cannot be summoned and 2: His durability seems crappy and his statement during this chapter corroborates it since he needs to be protected

10. Invel -
His magic is pretty hyped but I can see no apparent hax. He can freeze anyone instantly but so could Silver. Also, he seems to be able to freeze minds to 'thicken' thought but well, Brandish can literally make your brain disappear so, yeah. I think he's going to be the most proficient Ice user seen to date, but again, since the other spriggans are tooo haxy, it's hard to be on their level.

11. Wahl - I'm not too sure whether he should be 11 or 12. This dude is all firepower. He's top notch when it comes to guns and weapons. But his lack of hax, the fact he was defeated by someone to whose magic he was immune... Makes me thing he's no big deal tbh.

12. Ajeel - He's severely underrated but sadly his lack of instantaneous hax (his hax requires to be in physical contact with his victim, and it's not instantanous as it takes some time to dehidrate the victim) tells me he didn't show anything too impressive. His speed is considerable but he was blitzed a couple of times by Erza. He also proved to be very weak to his counter elements, wind and water, so I wouldn't be surprised if a team like Wendy and Juvia could put him down high difficulty. Sandworld is his most impressive feat, but a mage like Natsu is going to burn his sand, a mage like Wendy is going to disperse it, a mage like Gajeel is going to tank his blows with his steel, a mage like Juvia can probably render the sand ineffective, and so on.

Before bashing my list, please read my comments :) The level of hax of most comments makes them diff to place them. For example, Should Dimaria be above Larcade? Which activates first, her age seal or his ability to pull souls out? etc. etc.

Hax vs feat list:
1. Neinhart -
Since he can likely summon literally any mage (save for acno?) who's dead, if anyone from the 12 dies and he can summon them. If August dies and Neinhart summons him, then Neinhart is automatically the strongest spriggan.
2. Larcade -
Looks to me like his hax is released upon looking at the target, then he's the strongest spriggan for me unless he dies and Neinhart can summon him
3. Dimaria - Obvious reasons
4. Brandish - Also obvious reasons, aforementioned
5. Irene - If her enchanting takes less time than Jacob's spatial magic, then he goes before.
6. Jacob - His hax is as haxy as the others' but it takes more time to activate.
7. Bradman - You can be as powerful as you want, you can be August for that matter, but since they haven't been shown to be capable of countering his MBP/intangibility, I don't know how they're gonna defeat him. Also, macro + NLF = he's as strong as fast he is at activating macro. I think it takes more time to use Macro than Jacob's spatial magic (I recall you had to utter your order) in which case his hax is slower than the above haxes.
8. August - Hyped to the max, still, no apparent hax showed whatsoever
9. God Serena - Because he's a melee fighter and hax beats melee.
10. Invel - Similar to GS, although we don't know much about him.
11. Wahl - Same as GS
12. Ajeel - Same as GS. He does posess hax but it's too slow.

I hope it makes sense to you.

Bottom right panel shows her worst for wear. Highly doubt Hiro wanting to put blood stains on some breast :heh

And she got injured from them.
Yeah getting punched by an S12 bar Neinhart would do that to a person.

That was a combination of strength and durability, not just durability. If she just stood in the way it would have likely went right through her (hence she opted to swat it away). DF augments all stats and MP to three tines Wendy's maximum so in no way was Wendy fragile. So I guess August's laser is weak bcs it just pierced through base form Mira.

Wahl I can see but in no way Bradman's were. The guy couldn't even KO Levy with his offense.

Not really...none of the Tail whips hurt Acnologia and Igneel's bite took out Acnologia's arm after a long fight. Also Igneel was dodging Acno's breath attack but was fine with going cqc which already shows he'd rather get hit by his claws rather than his roar. When has Acnologia ever cared about doing unnecessary things to disrespect an opponent after he killed them?

He's called the King of Flames too and I highly doubt he just got that title bcs he beat the other fire dragon in a fist fight. His flames have always been put at a higher standard then regular fire dragons.

1) August

Mavis and Warrod have said that he is the strongest mage to ever live. Brandish said that he is the strongest of the 12. He is also the leader of the 12 to add some credibility to those statements. And of course the countless accounts of hype from various characters including Makarov, Mirajane, Mest and Natsu. Also, he has one heat based attack that even Natsu couldn't fully negate, that speaks volumes of its power.

2) Irene Berselione

Much like others have said, she is basically the August counterpart. She has had similar hype given to her and was even respected by Acnologia once he saw a little of what she is made of. Not to mention in the brief exchange they had, she put up somewhat of a fight.

3) Larcade Dragneel

He is all hype for now. But apparently he has the potential to even take down Acnologia of all people, and Mavis recognized him as a huge threat (more then any of the other Spriggan, bar maybe August and Irene).

4) Invel

He is also mostly hype by now but being Zerefs secretary means he probably has substantial power to back it up. He also casually changed the entire landscape with a similar feat to Sand World, and it wasn't even his trump card. He also has a form of Macro, except he can not only control the persons body but their thoughts as well and Mavis is far stronger then anyone Macro has been used on so its power threshold is higher.

5) Wahl Icht

Highly impressive physical stats that enable him to tango with Laxus in CQC and immense fire power to back it up. On top of that he is a cyborg and has many immunities to different magic because of it. He also has weakness magic which allows him to know the weakness of any/most magic and create a counter for it, he's basically a walking immunity to hax. Very few haxxed abilities would actually work on him.

6) Bradman

The king of curses. He is very very dangerous. The curses are some of the most haxxed techniques in the series and if he can use them together that makes him even deadlier (and I don't see why he wouldn't be able). His physical stats are also no laughing matter.

7) Ajeel Lumur

Impressive physical stats and insanely versatile magic. Immune to objects based attacks and can create shields that effortlessly block something of Jupiters caliber, not that he needs it though because he himself has the durability to come out of a Jupiter direct hit with mediocre injuries/burns. His moisture absorption is highly impressive when its done through contact and his ability to assimilate with Sand World is a very OP ability that is often overlooked.

8) God Serena

Need to see more of him before placing him higher, or at least more of the GoI durability/endurance. As it stands the feats shown aren't overly impressive (even if he can spam) and while its safe to say he has far stronger attacks, we simply don't know how much stronger. He does have quite a number of resistances though and very impressive durability. Again, he can go up once he see more of what he has to offer and we probably will.

9) DiMaria Chronos Yesta

Age Seal is impressive, but its not her strongest spell, God Take-Over is so I don't believe that Age Seal works on characters of her level, or even a tier or two under it.

10) Brandish Myu

Needs combat feats, just has crazy healing for now. On the same boat as DiMaria in the hax department.

11) Jacob Lessio

He was overwhelming Natsu and Lucy, but that doesn't say much considering Natsu was restricted to only CQC and he still put up quite the fight (w/some Lucy help). He has great defensive magic in Stealth (basically a watered down version of Sand World) but his offence is extremely lacking, gonna have to see more of him as well. However unlike Serena I'm not even sure if he has something more to add to the table.

12) Neinhart

His Historia is extremely circumstantial and if you have a powerful attack that affects the entire area then he goes down and subsequently his Historia disappear regardless. His physical stats are pitifully weak by Spriggan standards.

Still there was no point in enchanting Sherria's defense if she could just outright tank the attack.
Your repeating the exact same thing mate. Like I said, if Sherria is going to get injured (never said tank) then its worth saving her the trouble of getting injured.

Bottom right panel shows her worst for wear. Highly doubt Hiro wanting to put blood stains on some breast :heh
I examined the whole chapter very closely and I could safely say there is no difference then how she was before. She had a little wear on her breasts and on her face even when going into TO and she started bleeding on her head after that elbow to the face from DiMaria. Absolutely nothing has changed.

DF augments all stats and MP to three tines Wendy's maximum so in no way was Wendy fragile. So I guess August's laser is weak bcs it just pierced through base form Mira.
Out of curiosity where did you get the three from? Thats actually less then I thought tbh, because base Wendy is incredibly fragile, DF does little to change that. Although she does get the speed to avoid getting hit so it compensates for her fragility to some extent. Augusts laser hasn't shown a limit to what it could pierce though its naturally going to be above what DiMarias could.

And no I'm not saying Augusts laser can pierce anything, before someone tries to call me out on hypocrisy.

Wahl I can see but in no way Bradman's were. The guy couldn't even KO Levy with his offense.
Base Bradman was doing completely fine against a physical beast like Gajeel, in fact he was arguably even overwhelming him in CQC. Bradmans third release and Tempestas fire were the only ones that failed to do anything significant to Levy (who wasn't even his target mind you), his other curses were very impressive.

Acnologia tanked Igneels roar and went on to get hurt by his punch. Why does it matter exactly?

He's called the King of Flames too and I highly doubt he just got that title bcs he beat the other fire dragon in a fist fight. His flames have always been put at a higher standard then regular fire dragons.
Only other fire dragon we know of is Atlas, and his roar failed to KO quite a number of people last time I checked. No one is saying his flames are weak, they are naturally extremely strong, but his physical stats are even better.

Your repeating the exact same thing mate. Like I said, if Sherria is going to get injured (never said tank) then its worth saving her the trouble of getting injured.

I examined the whole chapter very closely and I could safely say there is no difference then how she was before. She had a little wear on her breasts and on her face even when going into TO and she started bleeding on her head after that elbow to the face from DiMaria. Absolutely nothing has changed.

Acnologia tanked Igneels roar and went on to get hurt by his punch. Why does it matter exactly?

Only other fire dragon we know of is Atlas, and his roar failed to KO quite a number of people last time I checked. No one is saying his flames are weak, they are naturally extremely strong, but his physical stats are even better.
I asked the question again bcs you're saying she could outright tank the attack yet she needed to be enchanted double the stats.

Dragons Force gives Triple the power of a mage, it was stated this in Natsu vs. Zero.

There are two fire dragons which is Purgatory Dragon and Atlas but we still we know their flames are vastly inferior to Igneel's. I'm pretty sure Igneel ate all the flames of all the flame Dragons, like he did with Atlas, which is how he got the title. Yeah, and MG's hand swipe didn't hurt anyone either nor did Atlas body slamming Natsu. Those dragons were pretty darn casual so I wouldn't use that. I just don't see their stats being above Dragons.

Well I don't think we'll see eye to eye on this so we can just agree to disagree. Since DiMaria is going to have another fight I'll just wait on that.

I don't get all the hype surrounding Neinheart being able to "resurrect" 3 Spriggan 12. Yes, it's a good feat, but how will he use it in battle if he'd probably be one-shotted by someone like Dimaria or Ajeel? I'll reply to one of the lists soon because I disagree with some things.

I never said she would outright tank the attack, I said she wouldn't outright get one-shotted.

I don't recall that being stated, its been proven wrong in the manga regardless though. How powerful the DF varies depending on how dragonized the character looks. The fact that Natsu has looked different multiple times means that DF varies depending on the substance consumed. Natsu was probably just x3 his power in that particular fight, if anything.

Yeah I don't know about that. MG's hand swipe? What hand swipe are you talking about? The rose explosions? Yeah those are weak. Atlas Flame tried to shake Natsu off, he did not body slam him.

Although I obviously agree with your top 3, I'd like to disagree with some things.
In the first place, Brandish isn't featless. She did stab August, which is already a notable feat, and she has shown that she can pretty much regenerate using her Mass Manipulation.
Then, I think you're slightly overrating Bradman, since Ajeel and Wahl both have a counter for his Magical Barrier Particles (intangibily + Sand World and robot physiology, respectively) and they arguably have better DC feats than him. I consider trashing Erza and facing Laxus head-on better feats than being on par with base Gajeel and being completely trashed by DF Gajeel even after going all out.
And Jacob isn't really that impressive compared to Ajeel and Wahl. I don't see Jacob facing Laxus like Wahl did. Jacob is much slower than Wahl/Laxus and his BFR spell has a small range and its casting time isn't all that amazing, plus his DC feats are way inferior to Wahl's. As for why I think Ajeel should be above, it relies on the fact that Sand World counters Transport while Jacob has no counter for Sand World.
I also think you're underestimating Invel, because:
Invel has been portayed to be much higher than the likes of Jacob or Bradman, since he's Zeref's right hand man, he instantly froze someone like Mavis, he managed to control Mavis' mind when we know that Mavis has a huge amount of Magic Power. Besides, he created large amounts of ice and he made the weather change in the last chapter, and although we don't know if he had prep or if it was casual, he didn't seem tired prior to that.
I disagree with Neinheart's position too since:
Although his magic power is huge, he can't really use those Historias in combat when someone like Bradman would just one-shot him with his particles or when he can't handle Wahl's attacks because his other stats are too low
And I think I've already addressed why Wahl and Ajeel should be higher. Ajeel has Sand World, intangibility and he pretty much trashed Erza, and Wahl has the same stats as Laxus.

Well when they first met him in the Dragon graveyard he announced he was the Jade Dragon.
But that was after he died. Zirconis from the GMG was from before he died.

1. August/Irene - both of them have big hype. Irene was even acknowledge by Acnologia. I give August the slight edge because he knows way more magic than Irene.
2. Brandman- hax. those who are not resistant to MBP are pretty much fucked.
3. Dimaria - pure hax. without hax she would be lower.
4. Brandish - also pure hax. without hax she would be lower because we haven't see her fighting at all.
5. Jacob - hax. without hax he would be the weakest Spriggan alongside Neinhart.
6. Wahl - he is a walking firepower. he has numerous of weapons and he managed to keep up with Laxus, albeit the weakened Laxus. he also has Etherion which might not be as strong as Councils Etherion but it was hyped to kill Laxus. he is also immune and vulnerable to lightning.
7. God Serena - he rekted GoI. GoI are not that impressive but they are also not weak. we have yet to see the other 4 elements of his DS magic.
8. Ajeel - he is pretty impressive with his Sand World. he was dominating Erza and was beaten when he was distracted by Jupiter.
9. Neinhart - I would place him higher but we cannot discuss spoilers yet so he currently stands here. he can summon Historia against his opponents but it wouldn't help him much against someone who doesn't have strong Historia. his durability is also shit.
10. Larcade Dragneel - we don't know much about him nor we can discuss spoilers. he only took out 2 fodders.
11. Invel - he didn't do anything. since we cannot discuss spoilers then this is where he stands.

Bradman is seriously overrated.
Also, August has been straight up stated to be the strongest of the Spriggan 12 several times and he intimidated Eilleen just two chapters ago.
