I'm sure God Serena could, given his power and hype. After all, Acnologia did kill him for a reason.

DF Acnologia
DF Natsu (current)
DF Gajeel (current)
DF Sting/Rogue (current)
DF Natsu (Tartarus)
DF Natsu (OS/ToH)
DF Wendy (current)
DF Wendy (Tartarus)
DF Sting/Rogue (GMG)

Wendy is hard for me to rank. Her current DF might be above DF Natsu (Tartarus). There's no way DF Natsu (OS/ToH) is below DF Wendy (Tartarus) or DF Sting/Rogue (GMG). Ezel would get beat by ToH Jellal, and base Natsu (GMG) beat DF Sting/Rogue (GMG).

2Gen slayers may or may not have DF. There's nothing that states they cannot. They have dragon slayer magic after all. That said I don't believe they will get it. Gajeel says he's always the last for everything (cats, DF). Now that doesn't mean anything in regards to magic, but it might be Hiro's way of saying who gets DF.

Laxus and Cobra don't have antibodies either, so they'd have the potential to go full dragon. It would be cool if they had DF.
I think its a given that the second generation Dragon Slayers won't get Dragon Force, especially if we look back to what Natsu said about Dragon Force to Mard Geer in Chapter 411. Here is the crunchyroll version (official kodansha translations used):
From this, he says that he learnt Dragon Force from Igneel. This would coincide with what Gajeel said in Alvarez when he became the last of the slayers (taught by Dragons) to use Dragon Force. So given all of this, I'd almost guarantee that we wont' see Dragon Force for the 2nd Generation slayers, and if we do then I'll honestly be incredibly surprised.

It might be learned, but that doesn't mean Laxus/Cobra could never use it.

If DF is described as the endpoint of DS magic, then as long as 2Gens have that magic, then they can probably use Dragon Force. Laxus or Cobra probably weren't taught anything from a dragon, yet they can use DS techniques. The Lacrima essentially bypasses the need to be taught by a dragon.

I do agree we won't see it. Either they don't have the knowledge to do so like you say, or the scope of the magic in the lacrima doesn't allow Dragon force.

But doesn't it look like Natsu was talking about the secret Slayer attack he was about to use on Mard?DF is the highest form of a Dragon Slayer and it is inherent so i doubt it needs to be learned.

On the contrary, it looks like he's talking about Dragon Force. It wouldn't make sense for Natsu to say he learnt "it" from Igneel if he wasn't talking about the same thing Mard was. Plus, you read the manga from right to left, so it definitely looks like he's talking about Dragon Force to me.

No, he was not talking about dragon force. He entered that form long before saying that, what he meant was that attack.

The wording doesn't quite make sense if it's referring to the attack though. "I learned IT from Igneel himself". "IT". This implies that he is referring to something already brought up, so it makes more sense that the "it" would be referring to DF, seeing as how Mard Geer had literally just mentioned it a panel earlier. If Natsu was really talking about the attack he probably would have used the word "this" instead.

I don't think FDKM Natsu would low diff Black Iron/DF Gajeel, keep in mind that Bradman was a tougher opponent than Lessio and once Gajeel absorbed the Magic Barrier Particles he finished him off in 2 to 3 blows tops, I'd equate that to Natsu finishing off Lessio with his best technique so far in FDKM..
DF Gajeel and FDKM Natsu stalemate if if they ever duke it out

I'm looking forward to seeing Dragon Force again, but I think with Natsu, it'll be after his END Transformation. I think that the ultimate mastery of Dragon Force, or overuse of DS Magic, will turn the user into a Dragon, allowing them to have both human and Dragon form like Acnologia. Definitely looking forward to seeing more of Acno too

You should keep in mind that half the problem with Bradman was that Gajeel's regular attacks couldn't touch him. If Gajeel was able to hit Bradman, then I'm pretty sure he wouldn't of had as much trouble as he did against Bradman. Plus, we've already seen in general that Natsu's attack power is higher than Gajeel's. Base Natsu > Base Gajeel, LFD > ISD, moving up the order of modes FDKM would be > DF Gajeel. It might or mightn't be by much, however.

You're taking one variable to make an entire judgement....based on what, exactly?
Base Natsu > Base Gajeel
You do realize the two of them technically fared the same in Phantom Lord when they fought, right? Or when they fought Laxus together, they were handling the Twin Dragons pretty similarly, and fared pretty much the same against Tempesta and Torafuzar up until the point where they used their dual element modes, right?
Base Gajeel=Base Natsu
LFD Natsu=ISD Gajeel
moving up the order of modes
Completely baseless
FDKM would be > DF Gajeel.
It isn't. Dude, they both were faring the same against their respective S12 opponents in base, then once they used powered up modes they made quick work of them
FDKM Natsu=DF Gajeel

FDKM Natsu is not superior to DF Gajeel, that doesn't even make any sense based on what the manga shows. Natsu and Gajeel have always portrayed to be equals, and DF is stated to be the most powerful power-up a Dragon Slayer can receive. So yeah, based on these facts it seems pretty obvious that DF Gajeel is > FDKM Natsu. And just like @Emperor Spriggan stated, FDKM Natsu used his full power to defeat a low durability Spriggan while DF Gajeel only used his fists to defeat a high durability Spriggan.

Natsu's attack power is not above Gajeel's, that's baseless. Gajeel's Iron Shadow Dragon Roar is without a doubt equal to Natsu's most offensive spell. Natsu = Gajeel and that's a fact.

Also ISD > LFD since ISD is extremely hax.

So yeah everything you said was wrong and was nothing more than the way you want things to be.

Ok I'm sorry but everything you've said is completely baseless. Natsu has always been equal to Gajeel? He BEAT him during one of the very first arcs of the series. Natsu spent the whole time skip training while Gajeel dicked around in the Magic Council with Levy. What evidence is there that Gajeel improved just as much as Natsu did?

ISD Roar is equal to Natsu's most offensive spell? BASED ON WHAT?

Gajeel may have been able to turn into shadows when he first got ISDM but I highly doubt he still can. Natsu was able to use pure lightning attacks when he first got LFDM yet now he can't.

I don't agree that Natsu and Gajeel are equals. He clearly beat him in the Phantom Arc proving that he is the superior. This comparison may have been true to Base Gray but not Gajeel. And Gajeel defeated an opponent who doesn't even have the concept of durability. And DF Gajeel does not have neither have DC or AOE till now to compare with FDKM Natsu.

Natsu beat Gajeel in Phantom Lord because Lucy helped, it wasn't a solo effort -_-
Why are most people conveniently ignoring this?

And why are you conveniently ignoring that Lucy's help only evened the playing field? If I recall correctly Gajeel got a chance to eat some iron during the battle and that was the only reason Natsu even needed Lucy to make fire in the first place. Not to mention that Natsu was far from at full strength when he fought him while all Gajeel did before the fight was throw Lucy around a bit.

And did you forget that Natsu was dominating Gajeel before he ate the irons that fell from phantom lord Guild hall.

Um, thats why their equals? They both got powerups in the middle of the fight and at the end of the fight none of them could even move anymore, that's showing that their equals already

How? Far from full strength, he had just come from fighting an opponent who was primarily using fire in his attacks, so that was like a free power up for him, Aria didn't even fight Natsu for that long.
Gajeel had fought Loke beforehand

Uh, when? They were fighting on par man, no one was besting anyone until Gajeel ate Iron

Um, if I recall correctly all the fire dude did was redirect Natsu's attacks. I don't seem to remember him even using any fire attacks for Natsu to eat.

Aria BEAT Natsu (I think). Doesn't matter how long they fought, the fact remains that Natsu had spent a large amount of his strength doing other stuff before he got to fight Gajeel. Loke, if I recall correctly, was beaten with relative ease.

Who cares if none of them could move anymore? Even disregarding the fact that Natsu wasn't anywhere close to full strength (which would play a huge part towards Natsu collapsing at the end), the fact remains that Natsu won. HE WON. And not only did he win, but he utterly demolished him. Gajeel was getting shitstomped from the point where Natsu ate the fire all the way to the end of the battle.

Even if Gajeel and Natsu were equals pre-timeskip they certainly aren't now. Natsu went to go train for 10 months while Gajeel spent that time working for the council, so them still being on par with each other wouldn't make sense.

Although if I had to give my opinion of how I think they matched up against each other pre-timeskip, I'd still say that Natsu was stronger, but the gap wasn't as big as it is now.
