I'm tied on two attacks. One based off of numbers alone and the other off considerable damage and destruction.
  1. Makarov's use of Fairy Law on the Alvarez soldiers. It's like a kamikaze move when used on so many, but still, the amount of enemies he took out alone in exchange for his life......insane. I believe it was around 70-80% of their forces out of 1 million troops.
  2. Acnologia's Dragon's Roar that he hit Tenrou Island with. There was nothing left, so, ''nuff" said. Lol!

Strongest attack with sheer power is the bite of Acnologia and Igneel. Their roars are powerful, but likely not in the same league as the physical power of the dragons jaw. Well, Igneel barely scratched Acno with a roar, but took his arm with a bite. A roar is the breath of a dragon in the end.

For humans, whatever August/Irene/Zeref know. The Fairy Spells and FDKM spells are others I would add.

Weapons like Etherion satellite have country level hype, and also FACE can wipe a whole head of magic at once.

personally i think God Serena with his Lacrima powers is stronger than Larcade... the fact that Acnologia killed God Serena and not Larcade implies that God Serena is more dangerous....
He killed GS because he was a dragon slayer . . . lol

You said the whole series was an outlier, just admit it, you lost.

One, when has Mard known as a liar with no crediability? Two, look at the context of the statement. There is absolutely no REASON to lie about Jiemma's power.

Statments>>>>Whatever bullshit you spew. Sting and Rouge during Tarturus weren't weaker than Base Natsu, we literally see Jiemma easily send base Natsu flying back EASILY and Sting and Rouge beats him. All of these character statements about the Twin Dragons were made during the GMG, or do you think the Twin Dragons, the most prominent characters in Sabertooth, with the most plot relevance in Saberthooth would stay weaker than Minvera for the whole manga? Rouge literally just beat a stronger Historia than Minerva and they both had the same amount of difficulty.

.

Zeref states that Marde Geer lied in the current arc. Marde Geer never meet E.N.D and simply used E.N.D book to become the leader of Tartarous. Marde Geer words have Zero credibility.

Also Sting and Rogue were still weaker than Base Natsu at this point. At most only 1 month had passed since the GMG. The time skip was exactly 1 year from the GMG. I don't think Sting and Rogue got stronger then Natsu in that Month.

Also Statements don't have credibility until proven with facts. Marde Geer spell was stated by him to be able to take out Zeref, yet it couldn't even take out Gray. Jackal also stated that Curses were stronger than Magic but Magic clearly defeated Curses. It was stated that E.N.D created Tartarous but that was true. It was stated Jura was the strongest "Human" Wizard saint but that clearly wasn't true. Sting and Rogue stated they defeated there dragons but that wasn't true. Serena stated that he could defeat Acnologia and with Lacrade but that isn't true.

Statements will never and I mean NEVER outclass feats. Jiemma was nowhere near the strongest of the 9DG.

Also It was Makarov who took out the Historia's or the fact that Nienheart was defeated by Natsu.

Clearly Nienheart was defeated way before FL was cast. Minerva and Rogue didn't defeat anyone.

When did Mard ever say he personally met E.N.D? Saying Mard's words have ZERO credibility because of one thing is stupid anyway.

Sting and Rouge weren't weaker than Base Natsu, heck, Sting got a power up mid-GMG that made him stronger than base Natsu and it only being a month is irrelevant because people have powered up like that in similar fashion before. Them being stronger than base Natsu doesn't mean they're stronger than Natsu period. Or did you forget that Natsu had LFD mode at that point?

Statements have credibility if they aren't contradicted and come from a reliable source along with the correct context. Jackal stating that curses are stronger than magic isn't wrong just because a mage using magic beats a demon using a curse. SIMPLY HAVING A CURSE ALONE ISN'T GOING TO GET YOU THE WIN THE USER OF SAID CURSE HAD TO BE POWERFUL ASWELL.

Statements can and have been more credible than feats before. Word from author via statments>Feats.

Nothing implies from that scan the that Fairy Law took out the Spirggan, Irene even said that no Spirggan were taken out by Marakov's Fairy Law. While it is uncertain if Natsu defeated Neinheart before that, which is still irrelevant because Rouge still had the same amount of difficulty against a stronger opponent than Minerva

Even if Rogue and Minerva didnt actually defeat the historia, they at least thought that they could have, so their strength should be on par with the spriggan historias, at least to the point where they would think that victory was a real possibility

I think there is a plot hole here.

In chap 500 Natsu defeated Neinhart. So logically the Historias should have dissappeared at that time..

But as it seems Historia's vanished after Makarov casted FL.By that time many things happened.Natsu became END,saved Lucy and met Gray.So i think it is clear Rogue and Minerva didn't defeat the Historias.

How does the timing of Neinharts defeat imply that Rogue and Minerva didnt defeat their historias? I agree there seems to be an unusual gap between Neinharts defeat and the Historia's, but i dont see how that implies anything about their battle.
Unless Neinhart being beaten doesnt mean his Historia's disappeared, in which case its either Fairy Law or Rogue and Minerva.

Not really a plot hole at all, something can happen I chap 502 and still be chronologically line up with something In chap 509. Heck what you said supports them ACTUALLY beating them because it was long after Natsu had downed Neinhart.

I noticed lot of inconsistencies there

In chap 500 we saw Natsu defeating Neinhart. Then we have Lucy vs Brandish,Dimaria capturing Natsu and Lucy,Natsu becoming Partial END,mesting Gray and Gramps casting FL.

So all these things happened before chapter 508.But in chap 508 we saw the Historias being disappearing. There is a considerable time gap between Neinhart being defeated and Historias vanishing. So there can be either two explanations for this:-

i)Neinhart's defeat doesn't necessarily mean Historias are defeated.
ii)Hiro Sensei probably forgot about this.

Well with Neinhart, he is like Gloxinia, he has overwhelming Magical power, while he is physically weak, that is why Brandish was not able to effect him and Natsu beat Neinhart by pure physical power.

Or maybe it's what I said before, you know......That Rouge and Minerva ACTUALLY BEAT the Historias. Like damn it's not that hard to believe.

Why do most of you think that 1 year training multiply power of characters by 2 or 5 ? Yes they got stronger. But post TS Wendy is still weak compare to Bluenote. Or may be that is wrong too? Characters cant become 2 times stronger in 1 freaking year. Or Jura would be GOD now, because he was in training not 1 year but 8 since OS ark. So He got 16 times stronger since that time? And tartarus guild was rumored to be legendary strong for 10 or 100 year. So in 1 year they are trash now? What was so special in last timeskip to tell that all powerlvl system is done

Cause thats the way it is, the moment spriggans were introduced previous power levels went out the window, since the manga made spriggans stronger than any enemy previously faced, and then let these characters get surpassed in strength by FT members. This means that previous top tiers like Mard and Hades have now been rendered obsolete, since FT top tiers>Some Regular Spriggans>Mard/Hades>>Seven Kin/9DG. as you can see the gap has grown pretty enormous considering FT power scales used to be Mard>>FT members>=9 DG

As for why Jura isnt a god, people grow at different rates, Tartaros was a wake up call for most FT members and so they worked to become far stronger than they were, Jura didnt have the same motivation to train.

I'm not 100% sure about this but I don't feel Rogue and Minerva beat the Historia's of Bloodman & Wall, respectively.

Neinhart (in 494) said....

Now with that being said, it lead me to believe should he be defeated then his magic would cease at that time.

In between his defeat at Natsu's hands (in 500) and Fairy Law being cast (in 505), Rogue, Minerva, Bloodman no Wall were shown in a panel.
If you take 500 chapter, where he was defeated, skip all of the other things we've seen from other characters and jump straight to 508 (where the Historia's dissipated), then it should add up. It seems like it's been forever for us because this comes out a week at a time, but inside the story only a few minutes or hours (at best) had passed since their "revival", Neinhart's defeat, Fairy Law being cast and them dissipating.

My point is...either Fairy Law defeated them, due to being severely nerfed as a Historia, or Neinhart's defeat ended the magic.

I personally feel it was his being defeated rather than Fairy Law, but I could easily be wrong.

@natsulucy @Seven777 @Crimson Ice - I tagged you guys because you're the ones I saw speaking about this matter. Hope this helps at all. LOL :P

You raise a good point, but Neinhart could have meant that should he die they would disappear, not simply be defeated.

While i agree time can seem longer than it is between chapters, the actual number of chapters isnt what makes it seem like a lot of time has passed to me, its the actual events that occurred during those chapters, some of which seem to be quite time consuming.

For one there is Brandish's fight with Lucy.
Then there is the Dimaria confrontation
Then there is Dimaria dragging Natsu and Lucy to some random house and tying them up.
Then there is Dimaria's defeat by END, Lucy was knocked out during this time and could have been out for a few minutes or a few hours, enough time for Porlyusica to find Brandish, patch her up and then find Lucy.
Then there is Natsu's encounter with Gray.
Then there is Eileen enchanting the Berserkers.
Then there is Fairy Law.

Minerva and Rogues conversation made it seem like the Historia were only recently defeated and the fact that the historia's themselves were lying unconscious on the ground instead of just fading away mid battle does make it seem to me that Minerva and Rogue were the ones who knocked them down, and if you look at Wahl's face he does seem to have accumulated a considerable amount of damage, with part of his face's outer layer broken off.

True. I had also thought about his death being the link as opposed to his defeat. You make a valid point there.

On the other hand, this....
For one there is Brandish's fight with Lucy.
Then there is the Dimaria confrontation
Then there is Dimaria dragging Natsu and Lucy to some random house and tying them up.
Then there is Dimaria's defeat by END, Lucy was knocked out during this time and could have been out for a few minutes or a few hours, enough time for Porlyusica to find Brandish, patch her up and then find Lucy.

....has nothing to do with Neinhart or the Historia's so I don't see what that has to do with Fairy Law, Neinhart's defeat or Rogue & Minerva actually beating them. *Not trying to be rude when I say that* Again, everything that's taken place since 494 has all been in the same day (as far as I recall). I say that because since 494, I don't recall a "nighttime" scene once or even a "darkening" of the sky...you know, to show it's getting later in the day. So that leads me to believe that ever since the events of 494 happened (when all Spriggan's came together at FT Guild) to the Historia's "defeat" (at 508), not too much time has passed. We did have all of the stuff you mentioned happen which threw us (the readers) off time-wise. Natsu, basically, one-shotted Neinhart (which could have ended the Historia right then but the readers had to see other things happen before Mashima went to Rogue/Minerva scene again), Brandish didn't fight Lucy long, Dimaria one-shotted Brandish, Lucy/Natsu were knocked out minutes (maybe an hour), Natsu blitzed Dimaria....etc. All of these things happened, just about, in rapid succession. Again, during this time, other fights were going on. Things were happening that we couldn't see yet because Mashima showed us the things you mentioned first.

I wish some of these panels came time-stamped. LOL!

This is just how I see things though. I could very well be wrong. There is a possibility that Rogue and Minerva beat the two remaining Historia but I, personally, just don't see it that way.
