lets say Tranport is restricted how Jacob can escape from Hyperions parayzing magic?? and Jura Hand to hand skills is atleast par with jacob, Jura palm-strikes has enough power to smash even someone Laxus caliber..
The fact that we're restricting transport in the first place tells us how powerful Jacob is. Hyperion would have to get a lock on Jacob to use his vampire magic. Easier said than done with stealth. Jura's palm strikes knocked down pre-TS Laxus. Jacob's hand to hand can do the same to post-TS Natsu.
just change Natsu instead of Kagura and add top tier (Acnologia), very strong (Zeref), strong (Gildarts) etc.

Well Natsu destroyed when Zeref had FH.And that's why he not only regenerated himself after that attack but also sealed all the damages in the Guild hall.
I take his form before being hit as less impressive than his FH form. Don't know which one is more durable. If we're going with tropes, then FH form is the more durable of the two. But yeah, DF disintegrated zeref. Impressive feat indeed. Still Emotion flames burns the abstract as well as the physical.
I say FSE is stronger due to the heat it emmits (heat being directly lroprotuonal to flame spell potency and all). It actually burned the user of the spell. It also happens to burn through the abstarct (soul, time,etc.). The spell is far deadlier for me. Plus, it's pretty likely that with FH Zeref did indeed get a durability boost by means of having unlimited MP(although it could just be the intangibility he wielded). Well my case rests on the heat capacity of each spell.Hmmm..
1)Igneel's Power - I agree that DF had better feats than IP, but due to hype and portrayal, I put Igneel's Power slightly above.
2)Dragon Force + FDKM - That FDK blow in DF was extremely strong. Feat wise, it's stronger than Igneel's power since it vaporized Zeref's body. However this combination completely drains Natsu.
3)Flames of Savage Emotion - I know people will vote for FSE, and I can understand - the salt is still real. I, however, will move past this salt and give this "form" an honest rating. I think it's number 3, because while it "burned through time", it didn't completely vaporize/kill Zeref. It only hurt him enough for Mavis to talk with him. It is however the most haxy power Natsu has, since at this point, it can burn any almost any hax out there.
4)FDKM/DF - I put these two powerups on the same tier. DF by itself is definetly a lot lower than the combination of DF and FDKM. We don't have any feats to know where DF by itself lies, but I think it should be on par with his FDKM. DF boosts his stats and can burn off magic, while FDKM provides incredible strength and destructiveness.
5)Partial E.N.D Natsu - I actually think it was impressive. For a partial transformation that is. Too bad we won't get the real deal
6)LFDM - We can't really rate it since it hasn't even been used once post-timeskip, but I doubt it's relevant anymore. Hell, if it would be relevant, Natsu would actually use it.
