Hard to say. The textbook answer is that she can definitely oneshot anyone on Juliet and Heine's level, and it gets progressively more difficult as she faces opponents stronger than them. I have Juliet and Heine each pinned pretty close to the level of someone like Juvia, and Mirajane oneshotted them both. So maybe someone like....Minerva? Midnight? People around that level.

What kind of power well I believe it's the same flame power but much much much stronger I mean just it's partial transformation burned through dimarria's time and went on and currently his even less transformed state (thanks to ignia's flames) he was able to easily beat Water dragon god. It's flame would be truely burning through everything.
