She literally has seen Gray like that, it does matter as we know now that he gave it his all. Natsu used Savage Flames which are the flames that exceed his heat limit. Yes Invel did freeze FK flames.
You images are broken so I will assume you did not provide proof even then setting the earth ablaze is not the same as when Natsu constantly emits flames from his body. Yes it does as it is Wendy that gave him the means to hit his physical body. It does not matter as we have seen people touched physically while their body are intangible still.

Juvia was completely unconscious during Gray's entire fight with Invel, and his entire fight with Natsu.

Natsu used an FDK spell, boosted by his flames of emotions. But make no mistake. The exact name of the spell coming out of Natsu's mouth was "Fire Dragon King's demolition fist". The stuff about raging flames of emotion happened inside Zeref's head as he was speculating on why Natsu's flames were so hot. Savage flames isn't a mode, or a special type of fire. It's literally just Natsu's flames of emotion at their peak.

It seems like your only excuse whenever I post proof is to just claim that my images are broken. How awfully convenient. This idea that "setting the ground on fire in a circle without emitting flames from himself" is standard of proof of indentifying FDK mode is absolutely absurd. This is like the worst example of special pleading and reaching I've ever seen. First of all, that's not even what happened when Natsu used FDK mode on Zeref. He set both himself and the ground on fire. When Natsu used FDK mode against Jacob, he just created a fireball behind himself. There are exactly zero examples of Natsu using FDK mode to create a ring of fire on the ground without also setting himself on fire.
On top of that, creating a ring of fire on the ground is something that Natsu can do in his base form without any effort. He did so against the avatar fodders. Visually, this is basically the same thing he tried to pull off against Invel.

Wendy didn't stop Skullion from going intangible, and Natsu doesn't need Wendy's help to hit Skullion's physical body. Skullion can be hit if he doesn't react fast enough to turn the part of his body that's going to be hit into ash, and he didn't turn his face into ash fast enough against Natsu. It's as simple as that.

It would have had Skullion not saved her and her nervousness and denial and lack of initiative is a common factor too
--- Double Post Merged, , Original Post Date: ---

Yes Gray did as it is stated he gave it his all, and PoF is part of his all. END is stronger than FDK powers as Invel proved, when he set the earth ablaze the same way he did with Zeref, that is what he did. Jacob was flying through the air unable to fight back. Well Natsu hitting Skullion based on Wendy’s instruction would say the contrary.
She would but she didn’t and not from that attack she was ready to continue fighting

You forget Juvia’s Graydar, she knows just what is going on with Gray.:cheez

But seriously, she knew about the demon marks back In Avatar, besides that there is nothing new to her about PoF and Gray can use that too which would be as affective regardless.

and the name of the flames are Savage Flames as they are flames that surpass his heat limits And warp the fabric of time, which is stronger than all other powers he used before, even the FoE.

No, really, your images don’t work, and you mock People who have difficulty seeing what you post because of faulty bugs in the website? You sir are beyond redemption, that was a blast wave Natsu did, besides not casually setting the earth ablaze and leaving it like that, anime is non-canon

yes it does, She specifically used her magic to bring his ash back together when Skullion disappeared and Natsu shouted no fair, as in he went intangible. Reaction is not an issue to an intangible user, especially those who can negate it

That is not how she does it, she just charges at the opponent regardless, if she says it, she doesn’, not just standing there doing nothing

Demon marks have nothing to do with Gray being enraged. Gray is stronger in base when he is enraged than with his demon marks when he's not.

The name of the spell is Fire Dragon King's demolition fist. Zeref then speculated on why Natsu's flames were so hot and came to the conclusion that it was Natsu's flames of emotions. Raging flames of emotion if you want to be specific. "Savage flames" is a fan-made term, and isn't actually found anywhere in the series. The actual words that Zeref said was 荒ぶる感情の炎 (aranburu kanjo no hono), which most accurately translates to "raging flames of emotion". You can also call it flames of savage emotion. But the important part is 感情の炎 (kanjo no hono), which undoubtedly translates into flames of emotion.

I've checked on different computers. The images are fine. That scene was from the manga, and I posted the anime version only because I knew you would try to claim that it was just dust (because you've done so before in previous discussions). Look, Natsu and Wendy have better showings than Mirajane and Elfman against the dragon eaters. Pretending that Invel froze FDK flames doesn't change this.

Wendy didn't use her magic to bring his ash back together when Skullion dissappeared. Quite the opposite actually. She used her magic to to blow away Skullion's ash. Skullion never actually disappeared. He just turned half of his body into ash and started flying. Then Wendy blew away some of his ash, but half of his body was still ash the whole time.

Every character in the series that has intangibility has been hit by physical attacks due to a lack of reaction time. Gray grabbed Juvia by the leg and smashed her into the ground even though she can turn into water. Gajeel grabbed Bloodman by the neck and headbutted him even though seconds earlier he was turning into particles. Skullion himself got hit by Gray's zero longsword earlier.

Yes it does, both are tied to his DSM, he was in DSM when enraged and that is stronger than his base Or standard DSM. Savage Flames is what is commonly referred to, no different to what many fandoms come to name unnamable powers or modes, again you demonstrate your habit of being selective, simple As that. Your Images are still broken except the last one, yes she did, Wendy brought his ashes back together because he turned to ash, what a nonsense to argue against. I said blast wave, not dust, try reading first, No, either they have the means to counter intangibility, Gajeel grabbed him because he has iron particles in his body and DS can make their elements tangible to them. Gray can freeze Juvia’s water body. Again, Gray can freeze ash, only with Skullion’s hax taking affect that he broke out.

Look, Natsu did more damage to Madmole with FDK Purgatory than Mirajane and Elfman did combined in over 8 chapters of fighting. You're the one that constantly claims that Madmole was defeated and could not continue fighting. Madmole was obviously in good enough shape to continue fighting Mirajane and Elfman, so by your own evaluation, Natsu had better showings. Pretending that Invel can freeze FDK flames doesn't make Mirajane's feats better, so I'm not going to waste time further debunking it. I've already said everything that needs to be said on the subject.

Skullion specifically said that Wendy's winds scattered his ashes. That's the opposite of bring them together.

Nope. Gray never froze Juvia. He grabbed her by the leg and then smashed her into the ground. If Juvia was frozen solid, then she wouldn't have been able to move afterwards. She would also crack when he slammed her into the ground. Juvia has been hit physically before by people other than Gray. Chelia was basically beating her during the GMG. A portion of their fight was even spent with the girls just cat-fighting. Chelia wasn't even using her magic. She was just pulling on Juvia's hair and face. Bloodman only has a tiny amount of iron particles in his body. Even if Gajeel can touch those particles, the rest of Bloodman's body is still made out of anti-magic particles. Gajeel can't force Bloodman's entire body to turn solid. Besides, Gajeel was struggling to touch Bloodman for the entire fight. If he could do what you say he could, he would have easily been able to touch Bloodman. Skulliuon wasn't even turning his body into ash when Gray hit him. Skullion was using his magic to turn Gray's attacks into ash to defend himself. Gray was able to blitz Skullion before he turned himself into ash.

Even so, Madmole and Skullion retreated because they are outmatched by the strength of Mira and Elfman. If he could still fight then he would have, there was literally no reason to retreat, I do not care what claims you make, you cannot just run away when you clearly have an advantage, Madmole was unable to fight from how Madmole was described. Not saying Natsu is weaker, just that Elfman and Mira are strong. Invel freezing FDK flames is impressive considering that Mira still struggled against a Spriggan to begin with. That translation makes no sense since the ash is already scattering to begin with from his body to avoid being hit, that makes no sense, even Natsu comments how he was not playing fair. Whether he did or not is irrelevant because her magic is still tangible to Grays, even so, her Mind is affected where she cannot operate properly use her magic as magic is based on the mental condition. Same with Gajeel‘s he was lucky that one time for him to actually touch Bloodman Where that iron was, DS can make solid their respective elements Throughout the series. Gray froze Skullion, simple as that. And Chelia and Juvia was comedy, not to be taken seriously as both of them are just going fist for fist.

@Axiomus your images are just fine, I don't know what he's talking about. Like most of the time lol.

Skullion and Madmole were in better shape than Mira and Elfman by the end of the fight. They just were not about to finish them, it would take them quite some time after which they would face the rest of FT because the others were defeated. That's why they retreated. In the short termes, they didn't see themselves overcoming Mira and Elf, but they were not losing.

@Zelefomavis well I cannot fault You for what is clearly a bug issue in the website for I legit cannot see them, Skullion and Madmole were in the same shape as Mira and Elfman were, and the fact that Elfman was in base form and still fought would be enough to say DE were still not winning. They were clearly stronger than they think, he was referring the rest of the DE compared to FT in strength

Nah, Skullion and Madmole were in the same condition as Mira and Elf. That is why they called the battle a stalemate and left. They also only left bcs they didn't know if they could beat Elf and Mira and not bcs they were outnumbered. If being outnumbered was the reason then they would have dipped as soon as Kiria and Wraith were defeated.

Skullion only got hurt by Natsu due to his ash being hard counter by Wendy's wind (he can't turn into ash when Wendy's blowing it away). Wendy having a type advantage against Skullion doesn't really mean anything.

Exactly, even when he contacted Kyria, the reason to retreat was because of their enemies power, no numbers, which has been evident enough throughout their battles.

Skullion literally says one of the reasons they left was because they were outnumbered. Stop ignoring the manga in order to boost up Mira and Elfman.

That was debunked in the next pages as it was just because FT was stronger and they underestimated them

That wasn't debuked. He says they were outnumbered and said he underestimated Fairy Tail, he never says Mira and Elf were stronger. Skullion even says they will settle the score. You love quoting me with BS.

Skullion and Madmole weren't outmatched. They're in better shape than Mirajane and Elfman. They have less visible injuries and were clearly winning when it came to their onscreen exchanges.

I'm going to table the discussion for why Skullion retreated for another time (for when the official translation comes out). I'll just spoil this: The sorcerer weekly's translation is off by quite a bit, and there's a reason why Madmole was so surprised when Skullion called for a retreat.

The only thing Wendy did scattered Skullion's ash. Neither she or Skullion says anything about stopping Skullion from turning intangible, and more importantly Skullion was still intangible after Wendy scattered his ash. You can see that half his body was still ash when Natsu was hitting him. There's no debate to be had here. Wendy didn't negate his intangibility.

Gray never froze Juvia, and Juvia has been hit by people even when she can turn into water. Not only did Chelia hurt her when they were cat-fighting, but Chelia was also dominating Juvia later on when they tag-teamed with Gray and Lyon. Lyon never attacked Juvia btw, so all the damage done to Juvia was by Chelia.

Like I said, only a tiny amount of the particles in Bloodman are iron. The rest of Bloodman is made out of anti-magic particles, which allows Bloodman not to be touched if he turns himself intangible. Gajeel was able to catch him off guard.

Skullion wasn't even using magic to turn his body into ash when Gray hit him with zero longsword. The only way zero longsword can even freeze something is if the sword comes in contact with the target.

Heck, even the Water God Dragon is not intangible all the time despite having the ability to turn his body into water just like Juvia did. Didn't stop Erza, Gray, and Lucy all from making physical contact with him. Didn't stop Natsu from picking him up and throwing him.

both groups were in the same condition, their injuries are the same, just their clothing covered it up. Then that means Skullion was a moron if he intentionally became tangible making him the worse enemy ever in any series. He clearly had the advantage when he became ash, he was cancelled out when Wendy used her magic for Natsu to hit him, Gray counters Juvia, ice counters water, it is as simple as that. Cat fight as in not using any magic, both of them, turning into water is magic, thus debunking your theory, because Lyon helped fight her too, he did when he said sorry Juvia. Does not change the fact that Gajeel made him tangible regardless, iron was still there to make him tangible, that was just luck, he does not catch him off guard, that is not a factor. Gray uses his ice regardless that counters that.

He said they underestimated their enemies, nothing about being out numbered, that was just speculation, that is fact, you love your state of denial huh?

Lol their clothing covered it up?

Skullion isn't a moron. No more than Bloodman, or Juvia, or Mercphobia, or Rogue are morons. Characters can only make their bodies intangible when they use magic.

Chelia was hitting Juvia even when both were using magic. Lyon flat out refused to attack Juvia, and only attacked Gray.

Gray didn't use any ice when he picked up Juvia by the leg and threw her to the ground.

Gajeel didn't make Bloodman tangible. He caught him off guard. Lol "luck".

He definitely is, he was perfectly fine, by your logic he is since he willingly turned back Into a tangible form. We did not even see any injuries or clothes torn when the spell was cased, also magic is based on concentration, so Juvia would lose concentration when Chelia made her comment about Juvia and Lyon. that would not stop him from touching her with his hands which would still be cold as ice, even then Mind fuckery for Juvia as well from Invel’s spell. Gajeel caught Bloodman off guard before that with metal spikes piercing all over his body and he was fine with intangibility. Which is always For magic spells, again, Proving Skullion is a moron when his body was completely ash

Chelia can also heal herself as well and Juvia seems to not use her water body as much as before
