With the Kintoki + Altera rate up day, I decided to use all my tickets and make one multipull:

Yes, I consider myself slightly triggered now. 4 new cards within 27 pulls is disappointing as fuck. The unit pool is way too small, you can actually guess every Servant right. In fact, I guessed every Servant this time.

Kaleidoscope and Formal Craft are good an all, but I would trade both of them for a single Zero CE, which increases the effects of your Buster Cards by 25%. I'm still missing that one. And instead of Martha, I would have preferred Saber Alter, Lancelot, Nero, Emiya or even Astolfo just for the looks (dunno if Astolfo is in the pool). This is some bullshit.

I'll make one multipull again in the Kintoki + Waver rate up day. I fear the worst.

If it makes you feel any better I'm super jealous of your 2 Medea's. And I like Martha more after how hilarious she was in the Moonlight Meatbun event, whatever that was called.

I also assume you realize what the probabilities your dealing with are.

Knowing it doesn't make it any less irritating but even Rate Up's don't actually change those base probabilities. Just who gets pulled when the stars align and you actually get one. And feel free to remind me of this post months from now when I burn through like a thousand quartz without getting Moedred and I'm absolutely freaking out.

Yeah, I'm well aware of the fact that the rates are very low even with rate ups. Every Gacha game is like this. Just wait till I burn through everything I've built up playing for 4 months or so to get Moedred only to fail miserably. In a perfect world where everything goes great for me building up resources the odds of that happening are probably going to be about 50/50. And if that happens I will just lose my goddamn mind.

Well I rolled and rolled and rolled and finally got Saber Alter I was on the verge of giving up, but the second to last card of my last roll finally did the trick.Out of TEN whole 10 rolls I didn't get a single 4* or 5* Servant, so I was pretty pissed already tbh... but then I got her in the very last minute, so that made up for all the disappointing rolls before that It's the Servant I wanted the most by far, so I'm pleased. I think the next Servant I'm going to try so hard for is Jeanne Alter (which is probably going to be even more pain, knowing my luck), until then I will try to hold back as much as possible lol.

Well in 27 pulls you managed to get four 5* CE's, that's pretty good already, considering 17 of those were single rolls. So far I got nothing but shit out of single ticket rolls, besides some 4* CE's... so in that regard you're already on the lucky side Sucks that you didn't get what you want, but expecting that out of a single 10 roll and some tickets isn't exactly reasonable in the first place. That would be some great luck... granted, there are a number of lucky people like that out there, but with 1 million downloads it's no surprise that some just have the devils luck. Sadly we're not part of that (you still count somewhat with pulling Gil and two other 5* CE's out of 7 tickets or so).

I'm still missing one Zero CE to LB the card, so I know how you feel... and I pulled way more often than you In any case, I wish you the best of luck for the next multipull, hopefully you will get one of the Servants you want

Agreed, on paper my pulls don't look as bad as my post implies. Nevertheless, three out of those four 5* CE's are dupes and nobody can tell me that he jumps for joy because of dupes. Saying that I was on the lucky side with these pulls is overexaggerated. And it's not just the 27 pulls from today. If my memory serves me right, I did (at least?) two multipulls + used up all my free tickets before and only got shit or dupes. But as you know, it didn't bother me because of my amazing pulls in the first pick up event featuring Gilgamesh. But the bad pulls start to pile up, slow but steady and my frustration follows that graph for some time.

I've actually calmed down already and looking forward to the Kintoki + Waver rate up day.

Yes, the picture in the spoiler tag was my multipull, welp. At least I got the Black Grail CE. I saw many people hyping this CE, but I don't see much use for it. 500 HP reduction per turn is not something to be ignored in my opinion, especially when I think about possible end game content where you have to survive tons of turns and where your opponents hit hard. Best suited for tanks with high NP dmg output?

I saw many people hyping this CE, but I don't see the much use for it. 500 HP reduction per turn is not something to be ignored in my opinion, especially when I think about possible end game content where you have to survive tons of turns and where your opponents hit hard. Best suited for tanks with high NP dmg output?

It maybes reduces your servant of 500hp/turn, but it gives 40% more NP damage, and that's considerable
You will see later in the game that this is a really useful CE with the Servants having at least 12,000 HP , with Bosses doing AoE attacks with low damage.
( As you might witnessed with the Demon Leff summoned in Roma ).

Don't feel sad, that's how at least 6 of my pulls looked when I tried to get Saber Alter
xD The CE is useful, more so than the Heavens Feel CE, especially with LB. 500HP really isn't that much for higher Level servants and a strong NP can make tons of damage with the black grail. It most likely will be useful later on. I saw a vid where someone had it equipped (LB) on Saber Alter, and together with some damage buffs it did 1.2 million damage XD so yeah, with an Arts team it can definitely be very strong. It's not exactly a must but good to have.

Look at the bright side syx.

Theoretically, 1 out of every 100 is a premium servant. So if you get like 500 consecutive pulls with no payout. Maybe the universe will balance itself by giving one of us a 5x 5-Star premium summon on a roll. So your misery is actually charity if you think about.

Also you did vote against Holo in the Waifu Wars so you had to expect the gods to punish you for that in some way.

Isn't Salter better fit in a Buster team ?

Well she has one quick card, two art cards and two buster cards. That makes her viable for both a buster team and an arts team. Ofc she's going to to more damage for single attacks in a buster team, but that won't allow her to charge her NP. So if you go for a very strong NP to clear some really strong foes that can be a better option, otherwise if you have a kaleido equipped on her then ofc she's better off in a buster team. Depends on your opponents I guess, right now FGO lacks enemies that would make the Black Grail CE necessary.
