Arturia isn't completely right. It's true that you can get Altera from the Gil gacha too, but some story locked Servants aren't always included in such event Gachas. In this case, Saber Alter and Nero aren't included, everyone else is in the Gil gacha too. If you are unsure if your Servant is included, you can always click on "Summon Info" in the bottomg left of the summon page, it shows you all Servants included in the specific gacha.Don't the Gil summon gives you the story mode loots ?

Nah, Gil still is a limited time Servant, even in the JP version. He came back every 3 to 4 months (3 times or so), then vanished completely for almost a year I believe. But yeah, you just have to be really lucky to pull him...
So, you won't be able to pull him after the event for the time being. Maybe they will add him later into the pool. If they did such thing in the JPN version, there is a good chance.

Is he even worth it? I have 4 Casters now: Medea, Cu, Mephistopheles and Hans Christian Andersen. Ironically Hans NP is actually pretty useful defensively.
