Anybody else feeling the itch for a good FGO event only to discover that this Amazones event is another tower. Why are they doing this again? Who likes these?

I don't mind this kind of event because it gives me the excuse to use the servants I normally don't use. I am confused by the CEs focus on raising bond but you can't really make full use of it since you gotta keep switching servants out.

I like it.
It gives lesser used servants a time to shine, can be done at a leisure pace, and it has a definite ending (I hate endless farming).
This opinion may be biased due to my 3 Kscope copies.

I'd say my list of FGO events types goes

1.Mission Based
2."Construction" Based (like Enma-tei or Summer 2)
3.Tower Based
4. Lotto Based (may jump to 3 when we get that 100x roll QoL update)
5. Challenge based ones (like Nerofest, I just feel like we should be able to read what they will do beforehand, instead of either "trowing" away a run, or having to google it)

Also FINALLY got Pethelesia, danm abs

I like the idea of using a wide variety of servants I just don't like the execution. I'd much prefer if it was something where you had to like take servants Solo then have a cooldown on each. Or something interesting. But even then I don't like the arbitrary nature of doing 100 missions with minimal rewards. There is a lot of time wasty grind there.

If it's going to make me do that I prefer the raid boss rush. Where the payoff makes it fun. Ala the Apocrypha event.

I mean, I still did it mostly for the Medusa/Gorgon CE but flew through it in a day and half mostly while watching football. But I wouldn't say I actually enjoyed much of it. Aside from the novelty of having a reason to break out Lancer Liz, I suppose.

And I have two Kscopes. One of which is limit broken. So that pretty much does all the work in this event.

Finally got Medb, after a ridiculous amount of rolls... In the attempt, manage to get Sei to NP3, Altera, Osakahime, and Europa (which was a nice surprise). But finally, after all these years, got my queen!

Went rolling for event CEs, couldn't manage to get either of the 5* CE. Meanwhile, got two Odysseus and another saber Diarmuid.

Stuck between picking Achilles and Artoria; don't have either but would like them both. I have Skadi to make Achilles work, but probably not the optimal set-up for Artoria. That said, she could still be more reliable than my Mordred Decisions, decisions...

In the meantime I got my Musashi up to NP4 so that's nice... hope NP5 comes before it's all over

The day has come. Elephant waifu has joined my Chaldea. Sugoi! Level 90 is done. Now waiting for Bond Level AP.

Decisions, decisions. Was mulling it over for a bit. Considering getting Tamo dupe but that feels so unsexy. Just seems more fun to get something shiny and new.

So ultimately going with Jeanne. Why? Because she'll get a skin and it always feels bad to me when you get a skin for a character you don't have. That's not a very good reason but it's the only one I've got.

Tough choice, the only two I don't have are Ozy and Naponeon, the latter I don't much care for and the former would be nice but I just got three new Riders... I might just try to get Artoria to NP2...

Waver is probably the best choice for anyone who doesn’t have him yet so you chose perfectly.

Yeah if you don't have him then Waver was the must-have choice. Enables so much with his skills and is vital to team comps imo; Arts based so if there's need for it you can work him in tandem with Castoria; can also support well alongside Merlin and Skadi I find so there's really no understating just how good a choice he is.

Doesn't matter if you don't have the QP. That's always the resource I run out of first. I got gems for days but if everytime I take a skill from 8 to 10 I cry a little.
