[Ebony Maw]

Slight change since my last list:

1) Jellal (his character development can be really stalled at times but I like the story of a man that doesn't think he can be redeemed seeking redemption)
2) Meredy (she deserves more screentime... Acno would have won if not for her last minute save, her Magic is super interesting and has lots of potential, and she's one of the generally sweetest characters in the series)
3) Sting (can seem a bit like Natsu 2.0 at times but I prefer Sting because he's actually been a prick in the past and turned Sabertooth arounf for the better)
4) Gray (I like how grounded Gray usually is, he's intelligent, isn't POF crazy and will call out stupid shit like Erza letting Natsu try and solo Zeref + 1,000,000 soldiers (to be fair to Gray that did seem stupid because neither Mavis or Erza knew about Natsu's Igneel MP power up))
5) Bradman (a villain that actually managed to kill a Fairy Tail character? O_o (fuck you Irene))

Honourable mentions: Madmole (dude is so polite) and Mystogan (he left FT too soon, he had great intentions, charisma and cool Magic (not to mention he was routinely handling the Anima crisis as a child - he put in mad work))

I hope they fix Jellal.

For the love of God, THIS!

Of all the characters Hiro decided to turn into comic relief... Jellal... the guy that never lets himself be happy because he's traumatised by his past actions? Like, there's been a moment or two of genuine humour ("Be loved by the Seven Stars") but damn.

My biggest hope is that seeing Erza beaten will break him again and TOH Jellal will make a return. Bloodlusted Jellal is always hype!
