Favorite Fighting Series?

[bleachboy88]

Besides the Anime fighters, I like the Super Smash Bros. series. In my opinion its just the best multiplayer fighter, plus I'm a nintendo freak.

I dunno I stole it from my brother because the game is a little bit old it's hard to find

One Piece: Grand Adventure is better than Grand Battle it has more characters and the adventure mode is really awesome.

Guilty Gear (character: 1-axl, X- axl, XX- axl or sol badguy)
Smash Brothers (characters: 1- link, melee- DK)
Evil Zone (characters: lei or keyia or danzaivar)

[rai-chu]

Marvel Vs Capcom 2, Capcom versus SNK 2, King of Fighters series, Street Fighter, Gulity Gear, Samurai Showdown, Mortal Kombat, Tekken, DOA.

[coolitman]

Tekken 5 is the best! Jin Kazama and Sasuke are so similar it's scary

[Do Kesubei]

Tekken 5, VF4/5, CvS1&2, Melty Blood, MOTW, SFIII: 3S, Soul Calibur, the Samurai Shodown series and the KOF series are my favorite fighters. Unfortunately, I don't have anyone to play them against at school since no plays the same games.

[rikki]

Soul Calibur on the Dreamcast and Guilty Gear X2 #Reloaded. SC for 3D fighters and GGX2 for 2D fighters.

[Leos~]

If going by series then my 3 favorites would have to be Mortal Kombat, Killer Instinct, and Super Smash Bros (>.> kinda odd compared to the first two, but hey! its good )

Mortal Kombat would be my hands down favorite if it was just including the first installments in the series, but after Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 (my FAVORITE fighting game) the series went downhill, to the point where it's now a shadow of its former self.

Both the SNES Killer Instinct and the N64 Killer Instinct were amazing, and it's a shame they haven't come out with more (but at least they didn't milk it dry like they did Mortal Kombat)

And Super Smash Bros is fun, especially when you get 4 people playin! Adding 2 other players to the fight changes the way you fight alot, and it's just as fun if not more so.

Iunno, I think I'll go with SSB, then Soul Calibur.
Street Fighter and Guilty Gear are in my favorites too.

[maraxusofk]

Soul Calibur 2 (not 3 its too broken and retarded chagned many movesets)
Guilty Gear (dare i say one of the if not THE most balanced fighitng game series besides SFA)

[krazykone12]

Samurai Showdown and KOF as well as any Capcom fighting games and NH3

[Voxbox]

1: Virtua Fighter (hottest right now thanks to PS3)
2: Soul Calibur (gameplay with most dimensions)
3: Tekken (great character gallery, in depth control)
4: Guilty Gear (Wonderful 2D, best soundtrack ever)
