Now this would probably be much more interesting than Naruto pairings. Afterall, with alot of *probably* main characters in Bleach, you'd be having alot of pairings in mind! 
I have alot of them, and it's going to be a long read, so...skip my post if you want to post your favourites!

Crack pairings:
Yes. I have quite a few of them. They're just so enjoyable to put together. XD
Ichigo x Tatsuki:
Who wouldn't love that? XD It's crack, but it may have something. Afterall, these two were best friends somehow when they were younger. And from the way Tatsuki explained Ichigo's story to Orihime seems as if she might have developed feelings for him.
Also, Tatsuki seems to be the first girl Ichigo has brought home with him. O_O His dad says so. Another interesting thing to note is how the author, might have interpreted their relationship!
Okay, see in Chapter 9: Monster and Transfer cover. Look carefully at Ichigo's jacket, and you'll see this three star pin. Now check out Chapter 20's cover, and it appears again on Tatsuki's cap.
Yeah, it may be nothing, but it may also be something. Afterall, Kishimoto does the same with his old Naruto covers. We'll never know. For now, it's just a crack pairing.
Kenpachi x Unohana:
Buahahahah. XD I just love this crack pairing. XD No proof of it, but all good fun. It's funny how shinigamis from the 11th Division are somehow scared of her. That makes two scary people of the series. XD Ehhh..they just look funny together. XD
Ikakku x Nemu:
Proof in the special chapter. XD That one where the divisions try to think up of a game and all. Mayuri and Nemu were thinking up of a game. Ikakku was seen spying on Nemu with Yumichika. XD I just think that's enough for me to think up of another crack. XD
Normal Pairings:
Hitsugaya x Hinamori:
*shrug* I just think it's right for two squirts to hook up. XD j/k These two are so cute together, really. I don't really have to write something long for them.
Renji x Rukia:
He risked his whole life to save her. So did Ichigo, but Renji's seemed more life threatening if you compare his strenght with Ichigo's. XD
Ishida x Orihime:
Orihime seems to have developed feelings for him after the SoulSociety Arc. O__O Seemed just right.
Dhunsui x Nanao:
HEEEEE. I just loved that scene where she followed him and Ukitake to fight the first division Captain. XD
Rangiku x Gin:
Even though she isn't on his side, he never tried to attack her. Gin has a heart! =O
The Ultimatum:
Urahara x Yoruichi:
Two smexy fools hooking up together? Who wouldn't want that?!?!?!?!?! I can go on rambling about these two, but that would take pages and all. And everyone knows just how lovely these two get on together. XD
