Narration on page 1 is Comic Geek. Handwritten title is TX Timesquare. Page 2's font is CCSpookytooth.

And the last one, the normal dialogue is Wall Scrawler, which I don't have.

I'm pretty sure it's Komika Text Kaps or in that range. Sorry that I can't give anymore info than that, my computer is screwed at the moment so I'm on my laptop.

Download a font editor and add the desired signs for yourself. It's not really that hard, but it takes some work. And then again, Edited Manga itself takes a lot of work, so this is just one more step. The good thing about this is that once you get it, you have no limits in your font selection, you just edit those fonts that you need.

Or you can wait for someone to just send you the font you asked for.

That font has some extra stuff, but not like the "ñ" you mentioned.
