I think, with a bit of work, this series could become something that I could look forward to reading each week. At the moment it's something that's on the lower end of my weekly roster but give it some time to mature and settle into its place as a manga, we could have an exciting sports series on our hands here.

Not a bad chapter.

I like the pacing and the plot and of course the character interactions. It seems Marin and Dan are already becoming close.It may become a hit depending on how it goes.


Next week he is going to enter the school and some strong opponents are waiting for him.

I guess the five guys shown at the end are the team regulars. Judging by their design, besides Atsushi it looks like we'll have a power player, a tricky player, an intellectual player and I'm not sure what to make of headband guy. Wonder which of them is gonna lose his spot to Dan.

That aside, I thought it was an interesting choice to highlight how Marin figured out Dan's Loop much quicker than Atsushi did. From her initial introduction of being the best female table tennis player of her generation by far, I figured that would be a convenient reason to sideline her as far as actual matches are concerned, but maybe she'll have a worthwhile opponent or two after all.

I think each character use a bit too much text to think on themselves.
I like the artwork and looking forward seeing other characters at school next chapter.

A cliche chapter we got this week.

MC's friend doesn't know much that MC is a genius until seeing it.

Nothing much happened this week.

Well, we know what to expect from the other good players of the school now, that's something. Except for headband guy, which means he's probably going to be Dan's next opponent.

I'd prefer if he's just naive and don't really know what happen so sitting there.
But it seem to be like Dan just pretend to be normal guy to fool Koshino. = ="

It's really quite a while now so I search for raw and I found it's really fun(only guess from the pics lol). I can't read jp so really hope there will be translation soon.

I dunno guys, that one panel in chapter 7 with Marin's clothes falling off with the caption "A 13-year old good looking girl" made me feel uncomfortable and now I'm not sure how I feel about continuing to read this manga anymore.

This is turning into a pretty decent match, I enjoyed the side spin lob. Dan's bound to make a comeback, so I hope Kan's got something else left in him and won't just break down.

MS probably dropped it.I doubt that the series itself got cancelled.

Yeah full drive kinda lame now tbh. Im glad these new series this year seem to have more potential

It's pity. Even though the plot seems to be interesting and I had high hope of it. But I think the way story proceed is kinda disappointed.
There's a lot of sentence they think repeatly by themselves. They use a lot of word to describe the same thing again and again. Each character act like they cool but the match is not that much exciting.

It's a pity. The beginning of this series seems to be interesting...but that's all. There's no more than that.
I have a high hope of table tennis manga with good quality artwork. But it become disappointed eventually.

I hope the author has lesson learn from this and don't give up yet. Try their best in the new manga
