Great unnominate yet potential husbando (only from anime/manga theres a lot more out there in other fictional works)

3- Sanji One piece, people might laugh at him or think that no Op character shall be nominated because ... because ... op is a shonen, or op is too popular or maybe uncool/not trendy enough . He s not my fave character, but he s definitely a gentleman, and a guy who respects a lot women.

I didn't know I have to say this but Erza is a woman. She is not eligible.

No where in the rules does it state a husbando has to be born male:

General Rules

- Nominate your Husbando (and yours alone) during the next ten days
- The source is irrelevant. It doesn't matter if your Husbando belongs to an Anime, a Manga, a Game, a Novel, etc. (No live action though!)

Battle Phase

- The boys will get paired into 1vs1 battle threads.
- Each battle will have its own poll
- You are allowed to vote for one Husbando
- After 5 days, the Husbando with the most votes will proceed into the next round
- In case of a tie, a staff pick will break it

Special Rules

- The more salt, the better. Join the discussion actively in each thread to spread the war!
- Wear the set of your husbando during each phase to show us who your heart belongs to!
- We proudly encourage you to share the best pics, videos, fanart of your beloved Husbando!
- Earn the possibility to win a badge by being the proudest waifu/husbando around!

Your general 'battle phase' contradicts 'husbando' due to staying the "boys" when how is it legal to marry one? Erza was one with the boys growing up and could be mistaken as one.

There are gender-bending born males in the competition that could be argued as too feminine for Husbando Wars. Erza is far more masculine than these nominations and if we are basing on "husbando" qualities, Erza should be qualified.

I know right I glad I nominate Tyki because Tyki is my D Gray Man husbando. You must have read my mind because I want to see Tyki Myki vs Marian Cross as well but Tyki vs Judar vs Itachi is good as well.

Well I be honest if there is a character who can be both my waifu and husbando that would be Erza but that's just my opinion.

Would Lady Oscar from Rose of Versailles be considered a waifu when she indenifies as male? She's very much like Erza.

Besides, you nominated Astolfo, as a trap, who has far less masculine qualities than Erza. Having female or male genitalia should not matter in these wars because there are transgender and gender-bending characters that don't identify with their born sex or characters that identify as their assigned sex but are more like the opposite. Also, it doesn't state in the rules characters have to be born a certain sex. If we are basing on gender, which is complex and not concretely defined, than any character should be qualified regardless of sex.

I'm not saying we should categorized solely 'masculine' and 'feminine' traits into these wars or feminine men or masculine women should be excluded but have an open mind with gender.

It has nothing to do with FT. I'm making a stand on gender fluidity in these wars.

This isn't a Gender debate though and I don't want this to be one.

Husband and Wife are pretty much set in stone. Even for a same sex couple they are pronounced husband and husband or wife and wife. There is a third sex, yes and if a fictional character is confirmed to be that he/she would be eligible for both events.

Astolfo and Felix may look like girls, yet they are 100% male. It is indeed as easy as that for this event.
